    Any insight on how to get rid of scuff marks on the uppababy strollers?

      If magic eraser doesn't do the trick. Then. You most likely have a really deep scratch that needs to be touched up.

    Your co-worker was changing out the back wheels on a Cruz and I was wondering if that helped make the ride less bumpy? It’s an issue I’m having with my Cruz at the moment.

      Did you end up getting your Cruz less bumpy? Issue I’m currently having. I sprayed all the joints and took all the wheels off, sprayed too. Still seems a bit bumpy. Last thought I have is to deep clean the wheel tread.

      Anthony Marzorati hey! Did you happen to be able to fix it? What year is your stroller?

      Replace the bearings, they go bad quickly. Disassemble and replace bearings (need snap ring tool and replacement bearings from a hardware store) or, more easily, buy new wheels from Uppababy for $26 each.

      How long after having the stroller did you start experiencing the bumpy ride?

    How do I get my breaks to work

    Beware, do not spray anything into your bearings. I had completely silent bearings, after spray like in this vid, all I hear is sand inside them...
    Besides, good video.

    what happens when the brake pins dont work- how do you get that fixed?

    • @briant4072
      @briant4072 4 роки тому

      You don't. I took the rear wheels apart on my Cruz and found two nylon blocks inside that slide against each other to activate the brake pin. One of these nylon blocks was damaged so I asked Uppababy if they sell replacements but they don't. They said I could purchase a whole new frame assembly for $165USD.
      It's a shame because I've heard of several people that have broken brakes on their Uppa strollers. I don't know if the Vista brakes work the same as the Cruz brakes, but the nylon blocks on mine should be considered consumable due to the constant wear on them from activating the brake, and they're definitely a user replaceable component. They could sell a pack of replacements for $20 and it would be totally worth it to buy them to keep your brakes in working order.
