Greetings everyone , Just purchased a home in Port Labelle . Yes my home cost $300 and will be semi custom 3/3 1800 sq ft living area, 3 car garage, metal roof, screened patio, impact resistant windows and doors and yes we have city water, but on septic tank. The price creeps up with the custom finishes, but homes start at about $180 3/2 1500 sq ft no garage, shingle roof. Still a great price for the time. Our house is being built now and move in is expected in December . I can't freaking wait!
You guys are awesome, I was born in Perry fl and now reside in Naples, I really enjoy your videos. Never thought you’d do a video about Perry but I’ve seen 2 so far, I really enjoyed the one about the neighborhood pig lol, I kept saying to myself please turn down this street and it was like y’all were listening cause you kept turning down those streets except for the one my mom still lives on but you passed by it and that was good enough for me, you’ve shown me places in Florida I never knew existed, keep up the good work. Love y’all

Florida is like one of the best Estate property buying in the country right now probably like 🔝# 3-5 and for the wonderful 😊 tour Katie and Jose and 20k for land is a great price in today's market.
We are building in port labelle brand new house for about 100k less than an old house in cape coral which was our target area I'm glad we decided to move a little further inland
Jose, one of my husband's former agents is from Cuba, and she is a fantastic Realtor. She now has her own office in Lake Placid. She was a top salesman if you ever want to talk with her about her experiences in the Real Estate field, I can give you her info.
Port LaBelle was a hidden gem until builders like Heartland started throwing together a bunch of cheap little houses as quickly as they could. It's such a shame. Unfortunately, LaBelle is on it's way to becoming the next Lehigh Acres.

correct but you can't compare the locations. Labelle is closer to cities, beaches and warmer in the winter.
