Taco, you've got more money than you think there. The fringed, suade/leather jacket you should look up on eBay, as well as the Levi's jacket & actually all the leather jackets. The thread color on Levi's jackets has a lot to do with age & value, if my memory serves me correctly. Train collectors build whole railways & towns, & every kind of accessory is sought after. Mint in box, please check the year it was made. Lots of happy surprises are in store for both of you on this one.
You must educate yourself as to value of many of the things you find. Education leads to money.
Taco, old blankets, comforters and quilts even in horrible condition are still great for packing treasures found along the way, good score on the locker, put that girl to work! 😄

@@kathyhodges7054 I think it would be problematic if they did collaborative videos because whose channel will it go on and who would get paid? I see other you tubers do things together but they each post to their own channels. They may run into each other but don’t really tape together. Plus, everyone has their own things they are interested in. No comment on the couple thing.

That metal plant stand should go for at least $50, and the train set with all accessories is really a great find. Nice to see Renee there, she does wonderful bag openings on her channel.

I think what you called a notepad was what every home had next to the phone. It was something from the early 60's or earlier. You slid the lever down to the alphabet letterof the last name you wanted. As a schild I thought it was cool. Can still remember sliding that little lever!
My parents had one as an address book.
I have two teledex They are in use. Quicker than finding a number on my phone, because first I have to find the phone.
My nana had one of those. She had a small chair with a table attached so the telephone and her address/phone number book could be next to the phone. I use to slide that think up and down but she would tell me I’m gonna break it and stop, lol! Hers was gold metal and had a telephone dial on the front.

FYI Taco... I found a knife set in a unit myself. It was Henkels. Those are German made and quality knives. Don't sell then cheap.

That's a blessing for $100 and the best thing is you got Renee with you you don't have any problems of pulling the $100 out and then some it looks like by the grace of God
A lot of people like to get raggedy antique quilts to use on smaller projects (pillows, etc) because they aren't concerned about cutting up a quilt that is already a mess.
That wood is cyprus sections from swampy areas for wood working projects. You can sell those at the flea market.
I want to see what's in the magical Christmas tree box! Henckels knives are pretty nice, there was one with a brown handle, might also be a different brand. Can't wait for part 2!

Fun bunch of stuff indeed. I find storage lockers so interesting everything so random just makes you curious what the people were like. Those kind of round end tables are hard rock maple, nice quality. Lots of great find. Money in all the vintage jackets, check Poshmark vintage clothes are big there.

What you called a spice rack is a Keurig k cup holder
Those old 50’s-60’s style metal framed dining chairs and bar stools are valuable to the right person whose looking to create an old diner style kitchen and dining areas! It’s too bad I only seen two of each instead of sets of 4. Nonetheless, they are still wanted by people who needs replacement or extending their collection.

You're under valuing so much stuff Taco. The leather is worth way more then youre thinking, anything with Levi is worth bank esp.jackets, but the jeans if in good shape you can sell.
What about those vintage kitchen chairs they look authentic. Train items need to be checked out each one of the cars,new items or even tracks are crazy prices.

The books on collecting are worth more than a dollar or 2 at a flea market. Even though they are out of date for prices they still have a lot of good info in them. I wouldn't take less than 5 a piece for them! And the train stuff is good too!
To give you an exam, Jocelyn on the Crazy Lamp Lady is hoping to find a Murano (Italian designer art glass) reference book in the hoarder house b/c they’re all going for over over $100.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TACO & RENE! The Texas Instruments computer goes for, at least, $150 on eBay. The games are about $10 apiece. Can't wait for the next videos on this unit!
Get all the trash in the van first load when buying 10x10 or bigger. Get rid of it, then you’re more excited to get the good stuff home, even if you’re tired after first load. Snd s 10x10 is 3 loads in a van your size
Great unit! Sweet that you got together with Miss Moose again. More collaborations please! Also that J.A. Henkels Knife could be worth something. It's an expensive brand. Expensive here at least may not be in the US but our economies are close :)
