These would be so cool to use in something like wreck this journal! It would add such a fun texture and add alot to the book. You shouldnt have to apologize for posting videos like this that YOU are excited to do. Were all here for YOU. Be yourself
Yes!! I'm glad she decided to revisit the pens. After I watched her video, I watched another popcorn pen video that was recommended to me. I knew she could get them to work the second time around. Also I wanted to see if they'd work better if she used them to color/draw vs write with.
Tough day for me today; Fathers' Day in the UK and only the second without my beloved Dad. I just needed something to wash through my mind and stop my sad thoughts. I really have zero interest in pens...of any kind, but I knew your passionate delivery of the subject would engage me and your familiar voice would soothe me. Thank you. Sometimes it's the little things we do that are so enormous in the lives of others.
You always have such a good attitude with these retests! I feel like people are always somewhat mean when Bunny “messes up” a DTTRW. The whole point is to find out if an everyday person can figure it out! Sometimes the answer is no! People shouldn’t attack others so easily
I know people have ripped you a new one about the hairdryer thing over the years. I like to keep my hairdryer on and around as a comfort thing too. It’s one of my ultimate ways to calm down, and always has been. I try to find other people who do this, but people always act like I’m crazy every time. I think that lady on my strange addictions gave us a really bad reputation lol. I feel a small comfort finally having SOMEONE who also does it. I see you, girl.
Doesn't it make the air in the room very dry and hot? Could you record the sound and just play the sound without having all that hot air blowing near you?
I took Chinese for 2 years and my teacher said when you use google translate you can’t put the whole sentence in at once or it won’t make sense you gotta go piece by piece it should be the same for similar Asian languages
I remember these pens from elementary school. Pretty sure we actually had to wait for the next day to have the teacher puff up the ink. She hyped it up sooo much and I distinctly remember being extremely whelmed when my little white snowflake dots expanded by a few milimeters.
Bunny, I always thought that u should heat these types of pens from the other side of the paper, so ur heating them from the bottom that way it won't burn the ink and it puffs the ink more evenly xx
I’m glad you went back and made it work. That’s what I’ve always loved about your little experiments! We always see those satisfying results sooner or later instead of us moving on and never seeing it again.
I was so disappointed when these didn’t work last time! I’m so happy to see this second attempt and that you were able to get better results!! Love you Bunny!
Thanks for retesting this! and YES more arts and crafty things. This would be so cool to color one of those really in depth adult coloring books, you would get like a raise / textured mandalas, pretty cool if you ask me! This thing DOES really work!
POPCORN Bunny I really want you to know that you have inspired me to be my authentic self! And I'm so excited for life again! I feel like we are having a renaissance!!! I love you and I'm so grateful for you!!! 🌿🌷✨🌼🌸🌿🌷✨🌼🌸
I would love to see more arts and crafts items. I’m glad to see that the heat tool made all the pens puff up and go popcorny, quite amazing. Thank you Bunny. 💚💚
High from Canada Doll face. I'm so impressed and humbly enamored with your style and enthusiasm for all things fun! Was sitting here thinking about stuff and needed a lift. All of a sudden this box pops up and it's you. Without even seeing a moment of footage, I was hooked. Have always been lured towards crazy crafts and do-hickies of the creative side. Looking forward to watching other videos of yours. Thanx Doll for being you. Ta Ta for now, Sativa.
i wish i knew u in real life bc when u joked about how into it u got with the pens, it reminds me of me lol. like not the pens necessarily but i feel like im just like that about things that interest me and i really dont have anyone else who cares about just things like i do. like if i ever tell anyone anything about something i got into and learned about, its like they tune me out lol. i just relate to u so much. and how much u care about things even if its as dumb as a pen, is really appreciated.
Yeess totally love the arts and craft testing. You always manage to find really neat things so it would be cool to see what art supplies you come up with hahaha
I feel like you are such a fantastic scientist, for all these weird hypothesis'. I super enjoyed watching this video. Watching you with art/craft supplies has been really fun and made me smile today. Thanks Bunny! I've been watching you off and on since Chick-fil-A tea vlogs in the parking lot, and it's so nice to see you come back to these videos that give us a glimpse into your life and your thought process. As someone who has really struggled these past few months I appreciate the time and energy you put into this channel especially when you yourself have struggled so much with anxiety and the like.
These reminds me so much of my childhood. I never got these type of pens but my most favourite things in the world.. Probably still is actually was getting new pens, stationary, paper, notebooks and so on. I still have a huge collection of crayons and coloured pencils, adult colouring books, notebooks and so on. It just makes me happy. 😊
I love watching you no matter what ur testing! So funny, I laughed at the accent and when you asked if anybody was still watching 😆😁 u never disappoint 😄
You are the only youtuber i will watch literally talk about / do anything even if its pointless haha. Been watching you for like YEARS and i still enjoy your vids just as much
I love these weird art products but I'm always scared to buy them and it be a waste. I'd love to see you try more! A much more fun way to see if I might enjoy the product too!
For anyone scrolling about the Korean pens or just reference, Korean is really hard to translate accurately because sentences are SOV instead of SVO like English. This makes it difficult when you don't have a full sentence (like phrased directions) or conjugated verbs. Korean is a contextual language so many times it won't translate the intended meaning.
(For the record I never leave a comment anywhere but: ) I haven't watched a video of you for a while and I was LOVING this! Love to see how enthousiastic you are again and it was just seriously so much fun to watch! 💚💚💚💚
Lol! I relate to your obsession so much! I do this when I find something fascinating, too. I'd love to try these sometime. They look really cool! Is the ink brittle after it puffs up?
no the ink feels spongy but sturdy! 😊 i don't think it would fall off (unless you pull at it!) but i do think if you used it in a journal or book-like setting that eventually the ink would get smooshed and not be as puffy as it was originally! 😬
I had a pk of these as a teenager. They were called Fluffet Pens and you could write on fabric with them. Hence hairdryer. Give it a try and see how it works. Just subbed, love your channel.
I've literally been watching you for years! This reminds me of when you started this series. I watched the whole thing and I even used my data to watch it. I really enjoyed this video.
Im so glad that you posted an update. Im definitely going to get these for my son. It would be one hell of a cool wait to learn how to spell and stuff like that
I stayed until the end and yes i would love to see more crafting things. I'm sure your Aunt would have loved testing these pens out with you but because she gave you the heating tool she's part of it.
POPCORN! 8:57 I do the same thing more often than I care to admit. Almost say something nonsensical, catch myself, say it anyway. And YES! I love you testing arts and craftys stuffs.
These are my favorite videos, where bunny finds something she is excited about. I love your enthusiasm and thought process. I'm glad you are doing something you are enjoying.
I loved this video, anything stationary and arts, crafts is fab. Please do more craft inspired videos. Maybe pens, paints on different surfaces such as glass, wood, stone. I do rock painting here in the uk. It's where we paint or draw on pebbles, seal them then give away or hide outdoors for others to find and re-hide. I'm always looking for new pens, paints etc...
Sooooo cooooooll I'm glad you re-tested it! Edit: YES I love these stationery items and also love to watch these videos and all the details and tests you can do! I get just excited as you get when you make them lmao
Ahhh this is so exciting! I've been binge-watching your channels and JUST watched the first video and was sooo excited to see you do this again yayyy love you Bunny!!
The korean pens are by the brand Dong-A which is a pretty popular korean brand for stationery.
The front packaging says:
(starting from the colored characters left to right)
"열" (yeol) which means "heat",

"오르는" (oreuneun) which roughly means "ascending",
and "팦콘칼라" (papkon kalla) which is "popcorn color"
putting all of them together and rephrasing it, it can say
"heat activated puff up popcorn color pens"
and for instructions on how to use them, it is said to expose the wet ink to heat from a embossing tool or a heat gun to activate the "popcorn effect" :)
p.s korean and english isn't my first language but I tried my best to translate it for you since I'm pretty familiar with the brand Dong-A itself because most of my art stuff is by their brand :>>
have a nice day ♥
Well you’re just awesome.
You rock!! Thanks so much for translating for all of us!
S and d😥😢😯😥😢
No worries. Your english is great! 💕
These would be so cool to use in something like wreck this journal! It would add such a fun texture and add alot to the book. You shouldnt have to apologize for posting videos like this that YOU are excited to do. Were all here for YOU. Be yourself
i would be cool to see one of those adult coloring page, colored in with those pans😃😊
we love pans ❤️
sid very true.
Omg yes
Pens
@@slothkween6414 you just had to say it huh
You wanted your Aunt to be part of the video, so she said hi when you smelled her perfume. How sweet! 💕
Oh man I love re-tests with more information. So satisfying
Am I alone in feeling the urge to scrape the writing? It seems like it'd be so satisfying!
Philippe Parle Peu yes! I’d love to pick it all off the paper when she’s done 😂
Right there with you
Yes!! I'm glad she decided to revisit the pens. After I watched her video, I watched another popcorn pen video that was recommended to me. I knew she could get them to work the second time around. Also I wanted to see if they'd work better if she used them to color/draw vs write with.
Try embossing bunny, it’s easier and it’s powders on ink that do the same but more even
Right in the feels when you talked about your aunt, I could see you tearing up made me sad😢
Happy to see the popcorn pens again though 😁
Tough day for me today; Fathers' Day in the UK and only the second without my beloved Dad.

We LOVE a testing QUEEN!!! I love when you really get in to it and test all the possibilities!! Love you a ton Bunny 💖
Who else reads the comments while watching?
Literally doing it now 😂
I do it all the time!! Lol
Meeee
I do.
For a second I was thinking "Holy Moly! 450°?? What temperature does paper just catch on fire?", And then I remembered... Fahrenheit 451!
🤣🤣🤣
Wait....I never put two and two together. The title makes so much sense now!👀
FYI, use papago for translating korean. waaaaay more accurate (trust... I live here, papago saved me in my first year :') )
How cool!

lestrange I like that it warms the room. The heat is a big part of it for me.
I took Chinese for 2 years and my teacher said when you use google translate you can’t put the whole sentence in at once or it won’t make sense you gotta go piece by piece it should be the same for similar Asian languages
Korean definitely is. Slow but sure.
That goes for sooo many languages...
So happy you re-tested with a proper heat tool!! Thanks for being our popcorn pen investigator extraordinaire 😆🙌
That’s my actual birthday on the sticker! Like I was actually BORN that day, not just on 5-12 but IN 95.
Hehe I’m 5 days older than you 😝
May 12 1984 baby here!
My boyfriend was born May 12th, 1994!
I graduated high school in May of 1984. LOL
If you ever need any Korean translations, I would be happy to help~ :D I'm your fan from Korea and I like it when you try international products~
"Omg this video is way to in depth"
I mean yeah it was, but I watched every dam minute of it like my life depended on it 😂
Is it just me or is the camera quality nicer today than unusual?
I tried using Google translate on a Japanese rice cooker my sister bought me - it was absolutely useless.
Loopy Lou same on some Chinese snacks. Was so messy. Lol I just laughed
My husband used Google translate when he lived in Japan and it helped him with signs all the time. Maybe it works when it’s only a couple words/names
Really? Mine did 🤔

Oooh Love the results!! Now i really want to see the pudding pens and any other interesting thing i can use for journaling.

Oh my god, bloated dong enthusiasm, climbing on parts, hapta in the bulge - maybe these pens are meant for something other than crafting?
...kinky ;)
I thought that too but the need for a heat gun made me rethink that. Second degree burns are not sexy!
