that is so cute! And so inexspensive and easy. I think homemade decorations and gifts are so much more meaningful. One year money was very tight when I was in nursing school 1991. So I made all of my Christmas gifts for my family and friends.. I'm talking about probably 30 gifts total.. I started the beginning of October. I made some Christmas decorations because we had our celebration the weekend before … and I crocheted some people an afghan and some dish cloths, I made plastic canvas magnets, I had some ceramics that I antiqued and dry brush painted and it was so much fun and everyone loved them.. Oh and I made 2 people country dolls. thank you for making your videos.. they are great!
Valerie Millikin Wow That is so thoughtful of you! Money was tight here a couple years back and I crocheted most of our gifts as well as my made ornaments. I think handmade is better than store bought. 😊
Was looking for a Christmas ornament that I could make for my aunts. My Mom used to make her sisters a Christmas ornament every year and when she passed in 2018, I took over the tradition. Sadly there are only 2 sisters left so this year was even harder to decide what to make. Thank you Cynthialoowho for making this easy for me❤️

I liked this tree and decided to do my own take on it. I used clear acetate sheets to make the basic form in different sizes and then followed your instructions with the bling mesh. The trees look absolutely fabulous! I have also used the bling mesh to make loopy flowers (just like the burlap ones found on youtube) and they also look fabulous! Thank you so much for the inspiration. I am now going to try making the mesh bling pine cone (day 9)!

Adorable and I love that your DIY is so unique and makes a precious ornament. You could also fill it with wrapped candy and or a small gift aka earrings or a necklace and put it on the tree and at gift time give it it to the receipent.
LOL I loved it when you said, "what was I gonna do? Do you remember?" lol too funny...and sounds just like me! lol

This is awesome. Have been making these little trees for two Christmas's now and sell them at craft sales. Have made them in all different colors...even black and gold and black and red...black and dark blue. Made different sizes out of potato chip boxes. They are always a big hit at Craft Fair. Just love making them.

You are adorable and a great personality! Most tutorials are two minutes of talk before the instructions begin and don't have the clear camera angle or a good viewing background. They should watch how you do it and take notes!

This is very pretty! I really liked it when it was simply a tree, and no beads or topper on it, but once you added those it only made it better! This could be a great addition for a Christmas village tree, too,if it was made the right size for that!
