- Hey y'all!!
This may be one of my favorite videos I've made so far-- honestly just because I feel like its a really good look into what my daily routine looks like :) If you haven't seen my previous videos, I'm living in Nashville for the summer and doing research at Vanderbilt University as a part of their research experience for undergrads (REU) in the field of nanoscience/ immunoengineering. Not only do I spend a ton of time in the lab, but I'm also still running (and running a half marathon in less then a week!!), hanging out with friends, and eating a ton of good food!!
In the fall, I'll be a junior at the university of rhode island, studying chemical engineering-- so stick around and subscribe for more vlogs of my journey as an engineering student and athlete!!

I started watching Lauren back late 2020, I was a Freshman studying Mechanical Engineering. Since then I was always fascinated about Chemical Engineering, I considered shifting to Electrical or Aeronautical Engineering. Although there are a lot of factors involved, Lauren was one of the reason why I shifted to Chemical Engineering after just 2 years of Mechanical Engineering. I just love seeing the reality of engineering students that I can relate to and Lauren makes pretty good videos especially the Engineering related ones, it's such a vibe.

Thank you so much and good luck to you too!! For my quickest half marathon (about 7:22min/mi) I ran just over 30 miles a week :)

I didn’t! I played competitive soccer growing up and through high school but never ran on a track or xc team
