According to ayurveda, paneer must be avoided. There are many restrictions. But we have come so far from all these practices. It is near impossible to get back to pure ayurvedic cooking and eating. So anything and everything in moderation is the key I guess.
@@meghabharadwaj9733 if you eat according to ayurveda, firstly you’d be termed as nutrient deficient. Secondly you’d lose your sanity after trying to avoid the long list of food combinations 😂. The harm she is talking about is not even in a nanometer level, we should be worrying about bigger issues like changing sleeping habits

I think we should stop using childbirth as an excuse for keeping the weight on, every woman should want a better health, sooner or later they should get back to shape, neglecting their health is not right.
