Neil is my longtime band mate, and has always been known for his vocal power & finesse. He is a HUGE Hank Williams Sr. fan, so it’s awesome to see him do it on the big screen! @@jamesAGarfield608 what do you mean does not fit? As a coach or with the chemistry of the other three coaches. I think they are both great! Chance has been killing it in my opinion. He’s giving me major Pharrell vibes from when he was a coach! For me, it’s like Niall is back at home on a show like this because it’s where he got his start! Him and Kelly have that in common!
This guy was in my highschool class of 2007. I remember seeing him when he first started playing gigs for school events. It's incredible to see how far he has come!

Neil is such an awesome vocalist. He fills in for a bunch of bands in STL because ... uh... he rocks! First time i heard him he was covering a Zeppelin song, my buddy and i both looked at one another blown away.
I really like this guy’s voice. I feel like he can sing anything and he seems very humble/down to earth. Hope he goes far.

I was just thinking about that when I encountered your comment. I don't know if I will follow The Voice America as I do nowadays after Blake leaves. We get used to some coaches, like Adam, and then they leave.
Neil is so soulful! He put the stank on this! His choices give me blues vibes. His tone, texture, and runs are wild! His choices are ridiculous! He definitely gives seasoned vet! He can definitely win the show with the right songs! I hope he does more bluesy, old soul songs because his voice is impeccable!

@@Shuckleking87 blind auditions and sometimes the knockouts are good as well wasn't a fan of the 3 way knockouts last yr tbh to many good singers got sent home bc of the extra person.

Okay, I feel like, for me, this clip finally showcased how FUN this season is actually going to be. In the first clip I watched I wasn’t so sure - in terms of the bantering dynamic among this new set of judges (I’m not familiar with either Chance or Niall), but this clip sealed it. Chance and Niall fit right in and are hilarious!! 😂
Wow. Ok! I never watch this show, this vid was in my suggestions and seeing the song title I thought I'd give it a shot. Annnnnnd... I love it! Love the old country sound, I grew up in that era and it's great to see young folks dig into it. Great performance.
