He is talking to Cassidy, i think its Cassidy because he said that she will never forgive William so i think it was one of the missing children. You said that everyone possess an animatronic except for Mike so if Chris doesnt possess S.Freddy then he possess Golden Freddy. But Golden Freddy is already possessed by Cassidy no ? Well yes but G.Freddy is the only one that can be possess by more than one soul. And who possess G.Freddy with Cassidy ? Chris of course. So i think Chris was in G.Freddy suit talking to Cassidy who was killed by William. Thats why she wont forgive him for what he did.
