The problem is not that we don't want to identify ourselves with homemade brands; the problem is that they are poorly made. I bought some expensive aqbadas, and the threads were constantly loosening on my body. I like that you are not talking about consuming home brands with borrowed hair, witches eyelashes and Dracula fingernails. Therefore, I am very proud of you that you want to showcase your culture.
I like the natural hair too. And yes, there is room for improvement on the quality of our products and also the attention to detail. I also purchased clothing from Nigeria and the experience could have been better. All in all, we have to start somewhere, and this young lady is definitely doing the right thing.
