Tapkeshwar mahadev mandir:
Tapkeshwar is a famous holy temple of Lord Shiva on the bank of ganga near Dehradun. Known to have one of the oldest Shivling in the cave, Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple is located at 6.5 km from Dehradun city. As water droplets continuously drops on the shivling, hence it was named as 'Tapkeshwar'.
Parmarth Niketan ashram:
It is one of the top yoga centers in India and the biggest ashram in the area which is situated on the banks of the holy Ganges River. It has now blossomed over 70 years of its existence into the largest ashram in Rishikesh.
