Arkansas State Police assisting a high-speed pursuit to stop a reckless pickup truck driver

In this video, this state trooper is trying to assist another trooper in stopping a reckless driver. But I saw on another channel that another state trooper performed a PIT to stop him, and the driver was arrested. I am sorry I didn't get the video of the officer who did the PIT.

That part of US 67 has no shoulder due to construction,so people try their best to pull over,but they have to do so safely,better to hold up an emergency vehicle to pull over safely than to get outta way quickly & cause an accident
