Just cause you dont have the ambition or creativity doesn't mean a character isint fun. Most people play swordmaster Dante with little of the flair you see here and do fine. Its about efficiency vs flair. V is just harder on flair. But it sure aint impossible
V is a fun challenge to play once you get more used to him and get to the harder levels. I've platinum'd 4 and 5 (and just about done so with 3) and I can honestly say V grows on you

When you play Nero and especially Dante for the first time, there's this almost instant realisation that you could be doing so much more, and the game pushes you to experiment with them and constantly buy new toys to play with. It might not be as high as Donguri's level, but the games since DMC3 make it clear that there is a higher level of mastery to achieve. V doesn't really have that though. Most players will just go through their first playthrough with SSS being constantly thrown right at them, with the game incentivising ignoring his upgrades to save for Nero and Dante.
Man for some reason before watching this vid I was under the impression that DMC 5 didn’t have as much technical combo potential as 4 but seeing them back to back like this has proved me wrong in the best way. The only five really needs a turbo mode (and playable Vergil)

He wouldn't want you talking down to other players using his namesake that way. Who cares if someone isn't as good as another player? It has nothing to do with disliking the re-use of combos, I don't like it either it's preference. If I want to see a combo again I'd remember the video it was in go back and watch it again.

There are mods for both of those. The Vergil mod has improved a lot since it was first released.

Because dmc5 nero is just upgraded dmc4 nero, with more weapons, quicksilver, double devil bringer hands and a devil trigger. Plus he can fight Vergil

It's technically not High Times. It's an effect of using Long Barrel Air while in DT with DSD equipped while in Swordmaster.
