“The best passenger experience for passengers”. Heck of a tag line.
Phos9 with a 17 inch wide seat!!! Cabin pressure, humidity and noise level is great but I just don't see how a narrow seat makes for a great experience long haul. All they needed to do was make the fuselage 6 to 8 inches wider for a 18 to 18 1/2 inch wide seat. I just won't fly any aircraft type longer than 4 hrs with a seat that narrow. That's a stingy short haul width. I have paid for premium economy/business when flying the 787 and that is a great passenger experience.
I know it's pretty off topic but do anybody know a good site to stream new movies online?
@@nixonuriel816 no idea tbh lmao
It is, it is just how the airline does. Take a look at Japan airlines, they have a 2-3-2 configuration on all their 787 and it just makes it a dream-like its name says. I tell you, airlines are the responsibility of how they make the experience
@@sergiolaurencio7534 actually its 2-4-2.
Not everyone have this precious chance to be here..Sam,you made this video is more like a documentary of Boeing.Thank you for sharing this to us.Incredibly amazing!!!!
Thanks for making this video! The Dreamliner is an amazing aircraft and it’s great to see all the people and the incredible technology that is used to build these planes!
That beauty looks epic in a closed environment
Boeing for life.
Grey RBLX no
Ethan Stein Yes. Always go Boeing. They’re the best. Love it when I see I’m on a 737-800
Great video Sam - love the editing. And would love to visit the facility one day!
Gman Gaming creepy much?
The 787 is the most beautiful aircraft currently in production. The wing is a work of art.
Dreamliner, must be a DREAM to work in the design or production of such a magnificent flying machine.
Years and decades of education and hard work xD

I don’t think so ...
Watch this - it is terrifying !
As a Charleston native I can tell you how much of a traffic headache this plant is but it provides a lot of jobs so there are two sides to every coin.
@nightstalker Especially since the SC plant is entirely non-union employees
How is the quality of the planes assembled here compared to Everett, WA? Thanks in advance!
Great that you made reference to the Dream)lifter with the video segment, for which I was the turnkey program leader at Evergreen - EGAT, which carried out the conversion in partnership with BOEING Engineering.
This is definitely a jewel! Something different than the normal Sam Chui flight reviews. Good mini documentary Sam
Thanks for uploading Sam. Fascinating!
Thank you for sharing this Sam, this was so fascinating and interesting to watch! You can tell you put a lot of hard work into putting this together!
Fascinating! Thank you, Sam!
Great video Sam. Thank you for making it and sharing.
Thanks for sharing this, Sam! Love your videos!
Amazing B787-9 wow Boeing your getting better every minute
Thanks Sam for sharing! Working at BSC has been the highlight of my career! 👍
Great video. Thanks for posting. The Dreamliner is a fantastic plane to fly on I been several times. The larger windows mean that even if you don't get yourself a window seat you can still get a good view from even the aisle seat-and the aisle seat is good as you can go for a short walk to stretch your legs without disturbing anyone. Last flight I took was with Scoot and the plane was almost new and a very nice flight after having a nice stopover in Singapore. I'm looking forward to going again and will be flying Scoot again for sure they were very good.
Sam, you just stepped up your game! Thank you Sam. Fabulous!
Thank you, Sam for another excellent video. An impressive facility for an impressive aircraft. I can't wait to fly in one some day!
My dream is to fly on a 787 because I’ve only fried on 737-800s. I use Flightradar24 to track planes and I always admire the 787s
Same! I use flight radar for finding the best time to go plane spotting at my local airport. I really want to catch a ride on a 777 the next time I fly. I have only been on 737's, 757's, a 767, and a crj-200.
@@wenbilcken4457 I posted this comment a few years ago and I have no clue what I was talking about, so I don’t know fully what you mean but sounds cool!
@@Devolante haha you're good
Who can agree that Sam is literally the best aviation vlogger out there?
so cool how there's both singapore and scoot at the production line at boeing! so cool seeing both singapore carriers together in america and seeing scoot so far from home or her usual destinations.
The kind of proffessionalism Sam does his work is epic
Thank you, Sam for another fantastic video which educates as well as entertains your viewers.
Looking Forward To Seeing More Great Videos, Down the Road..
This was fun too watch! Thanks for sharing!

flew my first Dreamliner, a few months ago from LAX to Schiphol. Such a wonderful aircraft. The 777 used to be my favorite but not anymore. :)
i had the 777 as my favourite before too, and i changed my fav to the 787.
You Sir are going places, I like it - your videos are becoming more and more exclusive and therefore I enjoy watching them. Keep it up, have a fantastic spring! :)

Thank you sir,
For share your airline experience
I've worked at the BSC site for 9 years and am proud to say that I had my hands on quite a bit of the 787-10 during final assembly.
Is the 787 quality built or rushed? I have heard former boeing 787 engineers saying the plane is rushed and for profit, is that true? I hope not, I am just looking for opinions of people that have worked on 787s, Is it a quallity plane? Is boeing rotten? Are they trustworthy? Or are they just wanting profit?
@@ngaviation3489 the engineering was rushed a bit and as most of the public is aware we're in the middle of those rushed effects. As far as hastily built we were on a 3 day rate for a few years but the quality is there and is getting better now that Boeing has the ability to use hindsight. Many lessons to be learned from the max and the 787
@@ngaviation3489 It has not been rushed. I don't know any former 787 engineer say the plane was rushes. its not true. Its a complicated plane to maintain and so is the a350 but its a quality plane but wasn't built to specifications but now deliveries are underway again the Planes are reworked and FAA inspected upon delivery. Boeing are not rotten and are trustworthy now they are getting things right. They do want profit like all companies do but not what they want to aim for when something goes wrong again
Fantastic video Sam!!
Great video Sam, can't help being amazed with the Dreamlifter, look how gigantic it is....
gak terlalu besar..
Now, I want to know how they build the 737 Max 8.
they build the 787 the same way. it's all a showcase. #AlJazeeraInvestigations #Boeing787 #BrokenDreams check this out.
Now thats a secret
I want to know how they build Airbus which fell out of the sky but they claim pilot decided to kill everyone. German wings flight 9525
well, that's a state secret. Only that much, Boeing hates to build high landing gear. They want all their planes to be just 3ft above the ground so that nobody gets the idea to walk underneath the plane.
The 737 max⛔⛔⛔⛔🤣
Mad i missed you when you came to the Interiors Center!
With this kind of Science and Technology Africa has long way to go
Watching this in class right now
Amazing how they build these!Great video and very informative😎👍!
One of the best videos yet. Very interesting, keep up the good work!!!
Awesome man! I loved this video. I live in Portland Oregon and there’s a small Boeing facility that makes parts and there’s also a paint place at the airport. The main Everett factory is awesome.
Thank you Sir. Excellent video.
I have been following you for year, never thought i would be watching your videos for college assignment lol. Thanks for the great content
Great video, Sam
absolutely loved it!
Great video!!! Awesome yea got to experience that!!!! Keep the video's coming, definitely enjoy them!!!!
Wow this is really incredible! I have always wanted to visit Boeing’s factory!! Keep up the good way😁
Great job so wonderful in the future I think more to be modernized and fuels efficiency thanks.
Your are very lucky to be there. You can explore thier factory❤️
Love it ~ A Boeing employee.
Great video again!!
amazing B 787...Beautiful..cool..nice video.
I like the curvy edges of 787 I think 350 looks too pointy.
Great vlog Sam as always
Love from Pakistan. Wonderful Sam Chui
STUNNING TO MY EYES😮
Hello Sam thanks for your videos
Remarkable technology,thks.
Great VID! thank you!
👍 Excellent video tour / Hi from Michigan 👌
Awesome man
I think this is one of the most interesting video's you've shared with us. Very cool!
Great video Sam. At Everett they don’t let you in with cameras. This video shows a lot more behind the scenes than what you see as a casual visitor.
Louis 👋😼
Very informative:) had the same tour last year in Boeing paint field airport in Seattle :) to have a closer look at the Boeing 787 line :)
That's Paine Field in Everett. North of Seattle.
You mean Paine Field in Everett?
I loved your video, keep up the good work!
Very good mr.sam chui
Just to be a bit of a devil's advocate here ... when Paisley spoke about the factory now being situated where there used to be marshland ... the first thing i thought of was how we don't value marshland, and all that used to live there. It's incredibly important part of the environment that complicatedly sustains us all ... so ... you know .... probably good to keep in mind that marshland is not "just" disposable and a waste of space as opposed to a huge factory that now takes up that space. I love my planes ... but when she mentioned this fact ... it did make me wince inside. Great video though! :)
great video 🤘
Great work man love your content
Just simply astonishing! An airliner carrying an airliner. My mind is blown. :)
Haha. It gets old when you see them flying around daily. I live near Paine Field, so Dreamlifters fly in here once a day usually.
Thank you pel for video that was great i was looking forward to see 787 .10 well done
Hi Sam love your aviation videos❤️❤️
Fascinating ....
1:02 ME AT A GO-KART SESSION
Lol
S A yas
Hahahahahahaha
Love your work
*❤️BEST AVIATION CHANNEL SAM CHUI!!❤️😊*
I went to the Everett Plant in 2008 and at that time they had the first 3 787s still on the assembly line including the prototype.
God damn, the engineering and management challenge is just colossal, it's incredible
Everything is figureoutable if you work through it step by step xD
I'm a Airbus man but I do like these planes though
you are super talented sir I love all videos ,I see them again and again
Cool video love your channel!
Really interesting! 😊
Sam, thanks for showing this, absolutely amazing process, for an amazing aircraft.
good video from japan
Need to go visit the place, I live in Atlanta G/A. A fan of airplanes specially Boeing.
Good video!
Very interesting to watch even though some parts cannot understand what it was
One great thing not mentioned is the plant is 100% Union free. The Company is not handcuffed by rules regarding the workers in the way that the Everett plant is. The shareholders get better value from this plant, hopefully at some point these jobs can be moved to China or Mexico, and reduce labor costs even more.
There are unions involved. Just not at the BSC site.
Nice vid!
Nice video love from Jamaica
Until watching this video, I had NO IDEA that Boeing assembled the 787 in South Carolina!
Weird, I don’t know why but I felt satisfied when I saw the thumbnail...
Ask to tour the "Gallery" in Everett. This is where a ten person team from an airline spends one week selecting all of the options. There are some 1500 choices to be made, 30 different service carts (reduced from 60 choices); 30 different lavatories, do you want a bidet? No problem. The waste tubes used to be aluminum but in testing a penny traveling 90 mph would not make the turn and punch a hole in the side causing a leak. Waste tubes are now titanium.
