Thats a lovely Perch theres' a small snake lake not far from me that has specimen Perch, i fished it once and caught a few decent ones but nothing special, they were still some way off a pound but i plan to go back and hope to catch one like what you caught, beautiful fish. Probably not a good idea putting it in your net though with the rest of those small fish...
