Im cap out on Zelle from sending money to my contractor for working on my house. I called the bank but still couldn't get a release to send. Now i have to go get cash. Why Gov? I shouldn't be cap as long theres money in account
Your financial institution sets the limits, not necessarily Zelle (unless your institution doesn't have Zelle)
If you use Zelle like this a lot, it may be worth getting a checking account with an institution that has a higher sending limit.

easily controllable, unfortunately. Only Bitcoin is the solution. There is nothing else.
Monero indeed. 100% private, and 100% fungible. Bitcoin is not private, nor fungible, which allows sanctions, confiscations, or blocks, which they have already done, just more of the same if they can do that. But Bitcoin is good to hold the government to account as it is open ledger. But notice how they are trying to make privacy look criminal? All part of the plan to create a zero trust access system.

I believe, it is very easy for the government to confiscate your crypto. Since you need a bank from where to onramp your fiat, the government can simply go to your bank and track down your ramp and thus your wallet where the money went to. From this point, everything is transparent on chain, and the government can identify all your wallets, assets and transactions. They can force you by law to give them your keys and there it is.
Other than that, I think that it is a lot easier for governments to regulate crypto "to death" until it becomes unattractive to aquire or hold larger amounts.
However, I hope, I am mistaken.
USDT ( tether ) its a company that back it 1:1 usd. Turning it into fiat currency could attract the government to track and penalty the trader. That will make more people stop using fiat in the future. We could just trade crypto and get a house or a car without letting the third party involve. Government sees that coming and didn't do anything about it and they are adapting to it. Its because they know if they do set ridiculous rules in 2024 , they will be doom in a year.
The market is very unstable and you can not tell If it's going bearish or bullish. I advise y'all to forget predictions and start making a good profit now because future valuations are all speculations and guesses.When these reports are bullish take some off to the side lines, when news gets bearish start buying.
