from this video you will learn to sign gestures representing words related to religion in general and islam in particular using standard arabic sign language.
please note the following:
1- if the sign is done using one hand=
The right hand is used
2- if the sign is done using both hands=
Either; the right hand does the movement while the left is stationary
Or; both hands are used for the movement
3-notice the direction of the palm of the hand used for signing
(towards the sender or facing the receiver)
4- notice the location of the hand
in relation to the body & face

هنا يمكنكم تعلم أداء الرموز الأساسية المستخدمة لتمثيل الكلمات النتعلقة بالأديان بشكل عام و الإسلام بشكل خاص،
يرجى ملاحظة الآتي:
أولاً: اذا كانت الإشارة بيد واحدة
إذاً
تؤدى باليد اليمنى
ثانياً: إذا كانت الإشارة بكلتا ليدين
إذاً
إما أن تكون اليمنى متحركة و اليسرى ثابته

thank you so much.. this is very helpful... can you maybe post something about how to make a simple conversation?! like introduction, and stuff like that?
and another question.. is this sign language for all arabic dialects or is it for just one particular dialect?!

@em1990med you are welcome .. im glad you found it helpful .. for arabic sign language there are so many dialects within each arabic country and even within the same city.
standardized arabic sign language does exist, and it is used in arabic countries however it is not used as widely as expected.
i will try my best to post a video with signs that can be used within a conversation so stay tuned :D

So, this says Standard Arabic Sign Language. Are these some of the universal signs know throughout the Deaf Arab world? Are this the sign language of a specific country's Deaf community? Or do all the countries use the same sign language?
Everywhere I read says something different.

@Russell5892 i will answer you to the best of my knowledge; from what i learned every arab country has a different sign language but they still have a few signs in common so in an effort to unite the language and so that all deaf arabs can understand each other they came up with a set of signs to be used as a standard language .
i hope this answers your questions :)
