What is author Scopus ID?
The Scopus Author ID is developed by the Elsevier. The Scopus Author ID is an identifier that is used in the database Scopus. It is assigned automatically to every author who after he publishes at least an article in the index of Scopus database. If an author who did not publish an article in the Scopus database he/she cannot create the profile as we do in ResearchGate and Google Scholar.

Great video. Thank you for this information. Like in PubMed we have PMID or PMCID for published articles? Do we have any such ID of articles published in Scopus like Scopus ID?
Thank you @Kallol Roy like PubMed PMID Scopus does not have specific ID for the Journals articles however, Scopus provide Author ID to its author(s) who create profile in Scopus database. But all the published articles has separate Digital Object Identifier (DOI ).

Thank you @yassinemerad1376 for your questions PubMed is borader database every article which is indexed in PubMed not necessary indexed in Scopus index database. Create your profile in Scopus database and create your ID like Scopus ID 57200796914 after this you can add your article like Google scholar through importing *.ris file. Thank @Akshay You are right, it is drawback of Scopus ID author profile I hope Scopus team is working on it and soon you are able to view all the article of an individual author. for your assistance you can take help from Menedeley, ResearchGate or Google scholar to view all the publication of an individual author.

This is an informative video. Sir, I want to know whether it is possible to have a Scopus ID if you're one of the authors in an article publishing in a Scopus journal, or you will only have a Scopus ID if you're the main author?
Thank you @Dr. Jalloh's for your query I have to create an Author profile in Scopus database so you will all publication in your Scopus ID profile eithter you are Main Author, 2nd or 3rd. Scopus also manage citation count and as well h-index score of your publication. Please create your profile and enter the scholarly world of Scopus.
