Soccer is a game that has gotten faster and faster over the last decades. Smaller spaces, fewer touches of the ball and defensive systems that make it hard for the attacking team to play offense effectively.
These circumstances demand that players make the right decision within a split second. To train this thinking process and improve a players thinking, moving and decision making on the field, Wayne Harrison teaches "One Touch Mentality".
    About Wayne Harrison:
UEFA A Licence, the former professional player, has been a highly qualified professional coach for many years. He has held the position of Academy Director at Blackpool Professional Football Club in England and at Al Ain Professional Fooatball Club in the UAE.

A good drill and I disagree with the other comments it's not that complicated! I've done similar with an U11's side and they coped well. If you really do need to break it down then just have one team and one ball to start with, then add a second ball. This way there is no interference from the other team.

I like it! Especially the part about anticipating 2 moves ahead and getting into a supporting position. I'm going to try it tonight with my U12 boys. Probably will have 2 separate groups that don't intertwine because I have a huge range of skill on my team.

football drills should not be this confusing! that last drill everyone stayed in the same position they should be moving and intertwining and trying to make it harder for the next time they receive from a player

The video footage is from a coaching conference in germany. This was actually the first time ever, that these players were doing these drills. Later on they were much more comfortable.
