- In a league of its own, this spectacular playground is nestled in the heart of renowned Bridger Canyon, less than 10 miles from downtown Bozeman. Situated on over 40 verdant acres, the property is perfectly positioned to view the entire Bridger Range. The breathtaking main home has entire window walls that open to the outdoors, expansive decks and patios, a spa-like master retreat, three more ensuite bedrooms, five wood-burning fireplaces, a one-of-a-kind home theater, and an 800-bottle wine cellar. Throughout the residence, unique architectural features curated from all over the world add a personal touch to the aesthetic, while the zen-like feel is enriched by the creek, waterfall and pond features that wrap around the master wing and cascade to the lower level. A guesthouse, 4-bay shop/garage w/office, kitchenette and sleeping area and large main pond complete the package. The rarity of the location, design, water and attention to detail make this property an exceptional offering. Amazing. Just fell in love!
Three thumbs up!!
I love this for views of the mountains and the hills, and for the open grounds and the creeks and waterfalls for my children to play.
The interior and the furniture are also quite interesting.
I’m an engineer, an innovator, an economist, an investor, and a policy expert, but I also inherited a 500-acre third-world sugarcane plantation and around 5,000 acres of mostly a rain-fed waste-land that only grows wheat, corn and grass, but one that we primarily use for hunting.
I’ve never grown crops or raised cattle or pursued any agrarian, viticultural, dairy, poultry, or forestry or other nonsensical ventures; my estate manager employs a larger number of peasants and laborers to do the needful.
So, my interest in a country property would be that of its recreational utility, not that of its income generating potential, but I’d want it to earn enough through tourism or agrarian or other ventures to pay for the expenses of the servants and the management required for the upkeep of the property. This might be too small for it to pay for the staff required to maintain it.
Wow want to buy it
Fire insurance must be astronomical. The outside is to die for.
Looks more like a boutique hotel than a home.

Can you find qualified sub contractors? How far are the sub contractors coming from?
Wasn't this area where the huge fire of 2020 was that destroyed 30 homes?
