Better for what? Sativa is great for daytime use and getting sh!t done. End of the day though....its more about Terpenes not Cannabinoids, that dictates the type of experience youll have.
That's backwards. Terps are more about smell/taste, and while aroma therapy is a type of mood enhancement, the terps themselves aren't considered psychoactive. Cannabinoids, such as THC, are definitely psychoactive.
