At least that is the hero I'd prefer to pick when given the hero powerup. Han or Boba Fett are heroes that go well with players that have some skill in aiming. It makes so they can kill enemies on the battlefront from a much longer distance than the other heroes you can select. Personally I think they are the most powerful because of this. Vader and Luke are all around decent and work well for the rest of the player base along with being normal picks for some nostalgia. Every time I play as Han now all I can think about is "Sanic Gotta Go Fast".
There are some bugs with basic functionality and interface issues that don't seem like they would have been that difficult to fix before release but so far nothing trully game breaking. Balance is a different topic altogether and really nothing can be said until the majority of players have everything unlocked. I don't have everything unlocked so I'm not going to speak much about that yet.
Questions:
Q: First for you guys that either don't plan to buy the game or are just curious about it. What do you want to see from Star Wars Battlefront ( Battlefront 3 )? Specific weapons? Maps or game modes?
A: Let me know otherwise I'll guess or just post random funny stuff because I know this game is going to get saturated on YT by a lot of popular channels.
I'll try to put it into videos for you guys.
Q: What graphics quality was I playing at when recording this?
A: ULTRA ULTRA ULTRA! Yes you heard me for a limited time see ultra graphics quality from me :)
Q: Do I think it's worth $60? Or do I think it's worth $60 in its current form?
A: No, with the map limits for the more popular game modes it gets repetitive real fast. That and the game doesn't shuffle so you end up staying on the same faction for each map. What I mean by that is switches you from attacking to defending when it switches maps. So you will either always be attacking on a specific map or always defending on a specific map. The cycle is never broken.
Side note: When trying to look at it from the perspective of someone that would have paid full price for the game what you are $110 dollars at launch for a game that is mainly multiplayer only and includes a total of 4 maps spread across multiple game modes. With that and knowing DICE Sweden's past behavior the DLC packs that are going to come from the season pass are going to include more maps but probably more game modes as well splitting the game and community up even more.
Q: What is the best weapon in the game?
A: No idea haven't unlocked everything.
Q: Is the spawn system still bad or did they improve the spawn points since the beta?
A: Yes it is still bad and no they did not improve the spawn points.
Any other questions you guys come up with in the comments that are relevant to others I'll add them to this list.
Made this video quick because I don't know what you guys want to see from this game nor do I know what the target audience for the game wants to see if they aren't already playing it. That and I'm still loading software/plugins/etc. for Premiere so still limited on certain things.

+Mr. SirKing Because it is a video I submitted to the Ronku program so it is held to certain specifications or requirements. I think the requirement is aimed more for excessive swearing. I was just covering my ass just in case. And it didn't take up much time.
What does take up time is adjust the audio levels for parts where someone's mic pops/cracks and there is no fixing that other than dropping the level to 0 for those 2-3 frames of audio/video. Wasn't an issue until I started noticing it in BF3 now I'm forever haunted by it. I miss the old Mumble codec that was bad but somehow didn't have this issue I now deal with in every video.

+MiauFrito I'm cheap ( and sometimes lazy ) and Mumble is faster. It has been a while since I've tried to fix the issue at the source so maybe things have progressed to where I can. Last thing I recall was still waiting for the major update for Mumble that seems to still be on hold for something.

hilarious how heroes survive in the movies. SWBF is basically what if stormtroopers could hit targets? Well u have dead Lukes, Hans, Leias, chewbaccas, pancake faces, Landos, and jyns.
They could hit them but the damage was severely minimal
That huge capture point symbol sure does help the stormtroopers advancing up that hallway.

When you play as Han, you can pretty much Solo the enemy team.

Luke and Vader are the noob heroes, and by that I mean the heroes that get picked by the kids going 2-23, who magically appear upon the pickup and go, "Oh golly gee wilickers, this is my moment to shine". Then they proceed to charge luke at a walker or vader at a clump of enemies in the middle of the map and get rekt.
This game only has good graphics.

The perk isn't a "run really fast" ability. it's a shoulder charge attack. I've used it to straight up Madden Truck stick poor stormtroopers to death.

i guess i would like to see different gamemodes. i think i've only seen walker assault and well it lost its charm after the 10th hour of it.

is the spawn points still bad or did they improve them because I have played the beta and the spawn points were bad you would spawn up and you instantly die right in front of a wave of enemies and you can't get your bearings or do anything else

Ravic, do you think this game will pull a Titanfall and die in a month because there simply just isn't enough content? I'm a massive Star Wars fan but money is tight and I wanna know if this game is worth the time, or should I just get fallout 4 or CoD? ( neither of them are my style tbh )
+Jackson Chipperfield I made the call long before this game was released that if they spent all their time developing various game modes for a few maps instead of focusing on one or two popular modes on a ton of maps that it would likely die on PC in about the same time as Hardline. I think I gave it a little over a month and a half estimate.
Die hard Star Wars fans with the money probably already have it so in your case with money being tight I would suggest waiting. The game has some issues and the longer you wait the chance for more maps and fixes to show up. Besides it doesn't take long to unlock stuff. Also I see a lot of people enjoying Fallout 4 and it has some crazy available playtime tied to it so in my head it would be a more bang for the buck game purchase than Battlefront if you can into a game like that. CoD you'll have to ask someone else on that one. Vermintide is fun with friends.

+Fatal Origin Out of those games i would get Fallout 4. Massive game with open world, it's really good. I like CoD too, but since you said neither of them is your style... That tells me you should get Fallout, because you can decide how you wanna play that game. You don't really even have to play the missions if you don't want to. :)
Wait for Just Cause 3 and get that :-)
+Equinox X Thanks for the feedback, my mate gave me his code for Fallout 3 so I'm going to play that and get a feel for it then I can spend my money on FO4 if I think it's worth it. I have heard a lot of good things about Fallout so I have high expectations.
honestly if they make the heroes that strong they might need to make it "hard mode" for them so its more balanced for other players to take them down. Just my opinion though.
Keep in mind that it's really easy to get a crosshair in any game by using mumble

Ever since I've gotten this game, I've played it soooooo much. It's a really fun game in my opinion. Star Wars Battlefront is personally one of the best games I've played so far. I strongly recommend it if your looking for a new game. =)

The only problem with being this good is that when you die just once or twice, it pisses you off to no end because you know you have the potential to consistently go like 70-0.
do you not know what Han Solo's abilities are? You dont use any of them in easy situations to rack up quick kills. SMH
+X Gon' Give it to ya First video I put up for SWBF. These were all from the first night playing the game and the first time playing any hero. I poked fun of that inexperience with the text in the video labeling the abilities. Not that it mattered much, Hon's abilities still don't hold much value to me consider his blaster and the damage it does is what makes him so deadly. But after playing more I've found that saving his special abilities for fighting other heroes makes it so you can drop the enemy hero much faster and easier so your hero pick-up last longer. Although if you actively avoid the enemy hero I can see why you would make that statement.

+Daan Barbian Use crouch button and then directional stick I think. I'm not 100% because on PC I couldn't trigger it every time. It either has a cooldown on rolling or number of times you can roll or it's the combination of crouching and specific directions. I know on PC that if I crouch and then only move my mouse and none of the directional keys it can still trigger the roll because I'm moving the mouse left or right while crouched, it's weird.

It seems 3rd person takes a lot away from the game. It feels easier and punishes 1st person players. In battlefield I'd average a 21-25% accuracy, I'm not amazing, but I'm not bad. You also mentioned "netcode" I'd like to know what you mean by that, I couldn't really hear it. I only played the beta briefly, and refused to buy the full version until more information was released. Been burned by EA too many times. So are you still being shot behind corners and cover, and di high ping Brazilians still have the upper hand?
+Addictus Saevire That was Kia mentioning is dislike the netcode over Mumble while we were playing. I wouldn't be surprised if it was still running old Frostbite code from Battlefield 4 before CTE was introduced so yes high pings are going to have the advantage like they always do. Unless they decided to go back to server-side hit reg in the near future.
The game looks great in first person so it's sad they don't have forced first person servers or they didn't just make it one or the other as certain players will be at a disadvantage if they don't know the differences.

I'm not a fan of Star Wars so this game isn't for me. It seems far to casual for me to enjoy, so i hope you won't forget about BF4 or other games that requires some skill atleast.

His first ability is a shoulder charge, you can take out enemies with it. Well technically it's a boost as well :D

+maniac1989ch Yeah I know but it was never hitting the players when I tried using it in that way so it is now the gotta go fast button. That and I don't have the cooldown timers memorized so I tend to save things like that for "in case of emergency" situations.

red players are enemies,
the yellow player is the player were you can spawn (also a team mate),

No real preference on specific maps / modes. Random WTF / Funny moments are always great.

Shoulder charge does make you run fast but it insta kills anyone in its way
