    One of my favorite BBQ go-to’s is pulled/chopped beef. Chuck roast doesn’t get enough love in the BBQ world.

    followed your process and smoked 2 delicious chuck roasts this past Saturday. Also made a pork butt. Both were delicious. Loved how easy the chuck roasts were to make - and super juicy. Picked up the hickory smoke very well. No sauce needed.

      Ok...just circling back on this. I followed this recipe to the T earlier today for my Dads birthday. I used 2 larger sized Chuck roasts that were 3 lbs each. Everything came out INCREDIBLE !!!! . . . I was a a little reluctant on the 'slaw' portion, as it seemed a little 'too' easy . . . but it was WONDERFUL !!! . . . so simple, yet perfect! I served 42 small sliders on Kings Hawaii'n rolls and there was ZERO leftovers ! Thank You for sharing such a great recipe ! I HIGHLY recommend it !!!!

      I wear glove liners underneath the nitrile gloves when handling hot food such as this. You can usually find them on Amazon.

    Hi, did you remove the roast from the foil before placing them into the oven @ 180 degrees? Did you cover them while they were in the oven?

    • @CookingWithRy
      @CookingWithRy  2 роки тому

      No, still wrapped in foil and placed in a foil pan covered tightly with foil. That's a lot of foil LOL :)
