many people don't like his music cause their reason is that he changed the origin of the music. But, what they don't see is the effort and passion maksim put in the music. To be honest, I heard some of the original version of maksim's music, and i like maksim's better.
Actually, this in only an excerpt of the Totentanz, the melody of the "Dies Irae", a chant sequence of the Catholic Mass composed in the 13th century for reflection on the Day of Judgement. Franz Liszt composed his Totentanz (Death Dance) for piano & symphony around this melody, so PLEASE listen to the expansive original work. Yes, it contains these "death hammer blows" at the piano, but also decends to quiet, meditative passages, equally as somber & fully communicating of the morbid despair.

Maksim ridiculoisly arranged it to his bad thecnique, he destroyed this piece, Its horrendous, his habilities are terrible.
