Run Devil Run" was written by Alex James, busbee, and Kalle Engström. In 2008, American singer Kesha provided the vocals for the demo of the song which has been leaked online. The song was pitched to SM Entertainment for Girls' Generation. There for making this girls generations song not Kesha’s ( I was just a bit upset about the description saying that it was Kesha’s song and not there’s )

They were planning on selling this song so they wanted a popular singer to sing it to get the attention of possible buyers
Sadly the song was leaked which is how we got to hear this but in the night core version
SM town which is SM entertainment which is the entertainment group which controls the K-pop group Girls’ Generation, SM town heard the demo and decided to buy the song
They bought the song and change the lyrics to Korean lyrics
Finally the song was performed by the girl group Girls’ Generation and it was officially marked as their song
Kesha has absolutely nothing to do with the song legally and if she were to do something that would be illegal and she could possibly go to jail for that

I think it is fine since it was her singing it in this video. I don't think it said anything about it being her song, I love GG so no hate but it is correct of they are going off who sang it rather then who owns the song and some people just don't like kpop which is fine
