    Tibet is part of China
    It is never an independent country since the annexation during the yuan dynasty

      but if they dont want to be part of china they should be able to separate form it. Besides northern China wasn't independent either so Manchukuo should go back to Japan and Hong Kong should be British according to your logic.

      a good portion of Tibet isn't a mountain range, it's a plateau
