great video when plaintiff files for a motion to recieve a default judgement from court does defendant get served with another apearence on the day of that judgement

Hi ...i had a pre-trial conference for a credit debt...but i was terrified and didn’t participate....now i have a DEFAULT FINAL JUDGMENT ....i dont know what it is ....I don’t have money to pay an attorney and much less money to pay 3,500 and court cost for 364 ....please what can i do in this case? I’m single mom of two ....receiving child support and food stamps also im living in low cost apartment

Can you get a default judgement on a criminal case on the subject of fraud upon the court with an attorney with holding evidence and submitting paperwork that is fraudulent⁉️And thank you ☺️❗️

I was in the hospital and the court while the case was going n I get a judgement
I live in texas and received a sued letter for a small claim /debt claim case, I need to know if a garnished or levy on my house is possible, if I don't answer or try to contact the plaintiff....who am I suppose to answer to the court or the plaintiff that is suing me?
While you should consult with a local attorney, in general you should answer the complaint. Don't let the case default. When you answer a complaint you file it with the court and send a copy to the plaintiff.
So I will need to send the letter to both. But, can this go away by trying to settlend with the plaintiff or I do need to get a attorney
+myriam Santiago if you can settle it with the plaintiff in your own then you can have the plaintiff Dinis the case and you won't need a lawyer. If you settle make the plaintiff sign a release and dismiss the case. Get copies of the paperwork. Good luck!

You should do nothing, because we aren't obligated by the constitution to do anything... Unless a crime or damage of property has been comitted.. (More or less)
