I actually remember watching this show on the Sci-Fi Channel back when it was on the big satellite. Great video. :D

Is it just me, or does the music sound like the soundtrack to Altered Beast. Personally, I love the soundtrack to this video, because it compliments the images, the multiple prosthetics and the great artwork on show. And that's what these pieces are, art.
Great upload. Really informative and insightful.

2:14 hey that bust there with the Mohawk! Is that an early concept of the trixter? It looks like T Ryder smith’s face! It belongs in a museum!

Everything starts with a good script and the art comes out of the limitations you have. That is why the most 80tie/ 90ties movies had great FX, the writer was thinking about what he was writing, the story came first. The FX artists had to come up with really creative ideas to work them out. The limitations made it better. Nowdays it's how bigger the money, how crappier the CGI effect.
The only two movies who used CGI in a clever way were Terminator 2 and Jurassic Park. The rest sucks.
