I like to imagine the man lost his lover and under some form of memory loss (he has had his memories blocked by the bad guy), he doesn't remember what happened and feels something is missing, a deep sorrow he can't explain. But through her own will and power, she breaks through some crack in the memory loss barrier and throughout the whole song leads the man to where she is. And the man feels like he knows this shadow he's following but can't recall who she is. And only at the end, does he find her and remembers everything, and as the last line plays. She is in his arms, being carried to safety.

This song gives me peak desperation. I don't know why it feels that way but the lyrics combined with the music just feels like when you love someone too much, get left or lose them, lose your sanity and sense of reality with them, smoking cigarattes and drinks in your bedroom with this song in the background and you just get lost in bad habits which never make you feel okay but at least calm your mind. Listening to this stoned and having a drink on valentines day 2023 alone on a bass boosted speaker at midnight hitting so hard 4th valentines day in a row alone
Heh, same here. Drank alone half of 0.7 of whisky with sadness, melancholy, dark thoughts, while listening to such tracks, while girl I like very much spend this day with her bf... Another year of V-Day spent alone...
This is giving me vampire vibes, a vampire missing his soulmate, who he's almost forgotten, since she died centuries ago and he's asking himself now who this woman is that he suddenly vaguely remembers.
what i made out of this song: a guy in his teens really likes a girl in an innocent way but he has never seen her talk, she has that dark feminine energy to herself she is emotion less but the most heavenly creature he has ever laid eyes on thats why he said a haunting face and misty memory( he thinks she is so unreal) be wants to know her but she always seems so cut off and not from this world, he wants to get hold of her and touch her and feel that is she even a flesh human or just a theme in his mind hence WHO IS SHEEE
Nah, I think it's more like this mysterious girl you met in a dream, you guys connected so well and developed into a really good relationship, the. you woke up and suddenly forgot what she looks like. Hence, "who is she? A hunting face?"
This song reminded me of a girl I loved. When I first met her, at some moments I felt that I'm in a dream. Things didn't go well with her. After a while, she ghosted me. I accepted that by thinking of her as just a dream. I don't love her anymore, but I love her as a theme. I love an ideal version of her, a theme inspired by her. I still think of her as mystery. This part perfectly describes my feelings about her: Am I in love with just a theme? Or is Ayesha just a dream? A mystery The whole song fits well with my feeings.
the part when he says "i called her name across the endless plain" it's like he falls into some type of in between dimension where innocents and pitiful are judged ,like he is dead . "somewhere across the sea of time" it's like he feels the breeze and the cold water touching his feets " immortal beauty such as mine will come to me " it sounded like he finally realize he's been dead and the person she is a grim reaper disguised . "eternally" and yea he's cooked guys this is just how i feel about the song.
writing lyrics so I have sum to "Oh, who is she?" "A misty memory" "A haunting face" "Is she a lost embrace?" "Am I in love with just a theme?" "or is Ayesha just a dream?" "A mystery" "Oh, who is she?" "Oh, who is she?" "A misty memory" "A haunting face" "Is she a lost embrace?" "I call her name" "Across an endless plain" "She'll answer me" "Wherever she may be" "Oh, who is she?" "A misty memory" "A haunting face" "Is she a lost embrace?" "Somewhere across the sea of time" "A love immortal such as mine" "will come to me" "eternally" "immortal she.." "Return to me."
I feel like this music has a similar vibe to “In the Pines” Not sure why but I think its that “what the fuck is he talking about?” feeling that both songs put off. Not only that both have a similar structure, a half minute instrumental followed by a couple of minutes of cryptic quotes followed by a longer instrumental.
Can't really compare them tbh. In the pines is more of... menacing? song that sounds like one that would be played somewhere really in the forest near a campfire for a beginning of the story. This one sounds for me like something you would end the story with

Oh, who is she?
A misty memory
A haunting face
Is she a lost embrace?
Am I in love with just a theme?
Or is Ayesha just a dream?
A mystery
Oh, who is she?
Oh, who is she?
A misty memory
A haunting face
Is she a lost embrace?
I call her name
Across an endless plain
She'll answer me
Wherever she may be
Oh, who is she?
A misty memory
A haunting face
Is she a lost embrace?
Somewhere across the sea of time
A love immortal such as mine
Will come to me
Eternally
Immortal she
Return to me
Thank you

I am but what’s better is you could put “Ohh Who is from 2024”😂
The original sample of lyrics is from Vengeance of She (Who Is She) by Mario Nascimbene. It’s a good song check out if you want to know it originally sounded.
The singing was too good for being sang by a contemporary singer. Most singing nowadays doesn't even come clode to this.
@@Ignasimp yeah most voices now are doctored to shit
Thank you. I think they should credit the original musician. That vocal track, holy shit.
Also important - it's a movie soundtrack to a 1968 movie of the same name.
@@Ignasimp You just aren't listening to the right music, lol. There are tons of amazing singers like the The Weeknd, Sasha Alex Sloan, Aurora, portugal the man, Sam Smith, etc. There is obviously bound to be some autotune but absolutely their voices are out of this world
@@zuki9537 The Weekend and Sam Smith great singers? They have good music but their singing is mediocre at best, very small and nasal voices. You definitelly have lower standards than me. I don't know the others, though.
I definitely get AHS vibes of creepiness, mystery, gore and anxiety. In short, this is brilliant.
This song feels like [ not physically, just *feels* ] the following:
- Mist
- Grey and crimson
- Those old dial phones
- Purple wind [ man i don't know what that means just go with it ]
Such a cool song, gives me goosebumps every time.
Lean wind 😳😨😱
YeaY!!! 😖❣️
Nah hol up, purple wind feels right there. Like some love-craftian type shit
For me, it's
- an unknown female figure that I have just this gravitational love for (why that is, your guess is as good as mine)
- an old feeling (old as in like nostalgia, kind of)
- orange sky in an "endless plain" kinda like what the song said
- some kind of unrealized leviathan danger
@@ExplosivefartAAAAAA golden wind.
This song hits hard 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Love the song makes me want walk more at night
This sounds like an old folk song found decades later and made into a sci-fi song. Cool.
Lyrics: Oh, who is she? A misty memory.. A haunting face. Is she a lost embrace? Am i in love just a theme? Or is ayesha just a dream? A mystery. Oh, who is she? Oh, who is she? A misty memory.. It is currently 12:48 am and it just rained heavily. There is alot of wind and a bright moon out and im alone sitting beside a lake. You can smell the rain and the trees. It is very dark and i just played this song. I FEEL LIKE THE BIGGEST MAIN CHARACTER.
Damn lucky bitch! I want moments like that in my life!
I love this kind of music. Really sweet, old time lyrics, with some fucking sick techno music
Edit:
Came back to this song after about a year, saw this comment and before realising I commented it, went "dumb ass comment" before then realising that I, was the author of this dumb ass comment
2:24 idk why but this part is so menacing to me
Its like when they zoom up to that one mysterious person of like a magical group or something
It's just weird.....
Oh, who is he,
A misty memory,
A haunting face...
Is he a lost embrase,
Am I in love with just a dream?
Or is the oldest dream just a dream ?
A mystery...
Oh, who is he?
this song is literally giving me the chills
This song gives me chills every time 🥶
This song gives me peak desperation. I listen to this when I'm having the deepest darkest place of hopelessness lol.

Idk, but it does. Maybe because it kind of sounds like 'Oh Death'; and it also may relates with Hanna, one of the Twins. And it sounds like a suspense music.
I am literally traumatized from this game....It has been a few years now and i still see those monsters in my dreams....
This song just really goes well with dead space one with the eerie tone and the eerie gameplay. It just works really well together.
FUCK. I THOUGHT THIS SONG REMINDED ME OF SOMETHING-
I love this song! ❤️
I turned the volume to 100 when I was wearing my headphones, I laid down on the floor and stared up the wall while listening to the music, and I remembered my past when I was little and I started to cry

This is giving me vampire vibes, a vampire missing his soulmate, who he's almost forgotten, since she died centuries ago and he's asking himself now who this woman is that he suddenly vaguely remembers.
what i made out of this song:
a guy in his teens really likes a girl in an innocent way but he has never seen her talk, she has that dark feminine energy to herself
she is emotion less but the most heavenly creature he has ever laid eyes on thats why he said a haunting face and misty memory( he thinks she is so unreal)
be wants to know her but she always seems so cut off and not from this world, he wants to get hold of her and touch her and feel that is she even a flesh human or just a theme in his mind
hence WHO IS SHEEE
Nah, I think it's more like this mysterious girl you met in a dream, you guys connected so well and developed into a really good relationship, the. you woke up and suddenly forgot what she looks like. Hence, "who is she? A hunting face?"
oh yes thats also a nice way to put it
I love how mysterious this song makes me feel

1:35 my fav part
I can’t stop loving this song 😭🙏🏻
Love the Bond vibes this song has
This song reminded me of a girl I loved. This part perfectly describes my feelings about her:
Am I in love with just a theme?
Or is Ayesha just a dream?
A mystery
The whole song fits well with my feeings.
This is goes same for just it is à man for me since i am à woman
the part when he says "i called her name across the endless plain" it's like he falls into some type of in between dimension where innocents and pitiful are judged ,like he is dead . "somewhere across the sea of time" it's like he feels the breeze and the cold water touching his feets " immortal beauty such as mine will come to me " it sounded like he finally realize he's been dead and the person she is a grim reaper disguised . "eternally" and yea he's cooked
guys this is just how i feel about the song.
writing lyrics so I have sum to
"Oh, who is she?"
"A misty memory"
"A haunting face"
"Is she a lost embrace?"
"Am I in love with just a theme?"
"or is Ayesha just a dream?"
"A mystery"
"Oh, who is she?"
"Oh, who is she?"
"A misty memory"
"A haunting face"
"Is she a lost embrace?"
"I call her name"
"Across an endless plain"
"She'll answer me"
"Wherever she may be"
"Oh, who is she?"
"A misty memory"
"A haunting face"
"Is she a lost embrace?"
"Somewhere across the sea of time"
"A love immortal such as mine"
"will come to me"
"eternally"
"immortal she.."
"Return to me."

Masterpiece
This song attract me to other world that human can't reach 🥹
I feel like this music has a similar vibe to “In the Pines” Not sure why but I think its that “what the fuck is he talking about?” feeling that both songs put off. Not only that both have a similar structure, a half minute instrumental followed by a couple of minutes of cryptic quotes followed by a longer instrumental.
Can't really compare them tbh. In the pines is more of... menacing? song that sounds like one that would be played somewhere really in the forest near a campfire for a beginning of the story. This one sounds for me like something you would end the story with
