Yeah. I never went on a cruise. The limited port times sound like a big drawback instead of a plus. We like to experience the local flavor as well as hit the touristy must-sees.
I have been on many cruises but Easycruises was still the best way to cruise for me especially cruising the Greek islands. The concept of spending the night in port and enjoying the nightlife was great. The fact that their ships were small they could visit the smaller Islands that the big cruise lines never visit. The food they offered on board was really good and many nights I opted to eat onboard. I really wish they would bring back the Easycruise ships again. I did the EasyCruise Life in 2009 - it was fun, my two strongest take aways were the night the band played the Titanic theme song during dinner, causing the whole dining room to get real quiet, and the fact that they had to drain the pool before setting sail. Hi Emma. I had to laugh when you said everything on Easy Cruise 1 was painted orange. My late Father - In - Law, a dour Scot as myself had gallons of Purple Paint given to him, I mean this was real PURPLE paint. When my Mother - in - law asked him what he intended to paint with that purple paint he said: "You will see" Incidentally; my wife and I were living in a house that was owned by my parents in law which we had rented from them. I was away on Military exercises for four weeks and when I got home, I got the shock of my life. The walls in our Kitchen was purple; the cludgie was purple; the lounge room was purple; EVERYTHING WAS PURPLE. I went over to visit the parents in law after I saw this "Master Piece" I could not believe it that as soon as I walked in the door; EVERYTHING was purple. My poor ma in law just shook her head. I said to the Old Man: "Why did you paint everything purple?" He said: "Ah got ma paint frae free, and I did nae want to waste it. Needless to say; we all had a good laugh about it. I could have out up with orange paint but purple.................YECH!
@B B oh yeah, custom cement is stupidly expensive What i'm talking about is prefab cement houses, the ones that come on a trailer and get put up in like 4 hours (for a decently sized one, my little flat+loft in utah went up in 1.5, including the roof). They cost ~70-80% of a traditional house but are just as durable (some even being able to have those cheap chalk-based houses smashed against them by a storm and still be liveable) You have probably seen a fair few of these without realising as a facing is often applied to make it look like a wood house (i didnt take this option myself because i like the cement look)
I suppose affordable would be an object that anyone could buy. Not to mention the quality would be sufficent enough to warrant consideration. As opppsed to cheap where the object is going for the lowest cost possible regardless of everything else.
I went on a Caribbean EasyCruise in 2006. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. My body ached and I was on the younger side of their demographic. However, the itinerary was great. Because it was small, it could get into ports that big cruises just can't.. I don't recall having a single meal on board in the week I was on it. Like you said, you bought stuff on shore to bring eat for breakfast on the ship and to snack on.
@@styldsteel1 The cruiseship industry has several regulatory bodies. For example, theThe IMO is a United Nations agency that is responsible for governing the safety and security of shipping as well as preventing vessel pollution. So, all cruise ships have the pass the same level of safety, mechanical, and sanitary requirements to be operational amd staff are required to have the same training and certifications as any other cruise line. Its cheaper because they lack the common amenities that are often associated with cruise lines and their accommodations are very basic.
@@styldsteel1 Easy Jet is also a budget airline, but the pass the same FAA checks as all the other high end airlines. Budget or cheap does not mean dangerous.
I met Stelios at Luton airport once. Very nice gent and was very happy to geek out over planes with me. We said we were flying with monarch and not his airline, as easyJet didn't look after my disabled mum too well when we used them the prior year, and he was really sincere over it, handed us a card that we followed up when we got home, and we were handsomely rewarded!
@@EmmaCruises love your videos! I'm a Felixstowe container ship geek and never had the pleasure of going on a cruise. My parents are senior and want me to go on a river cruise with them in Germany but I only go to Germany for three things, beer, no speed limits and the Nurburgring! So it might be a change of pace!
We did a Greek cruise on Easycruiseone and it was brilliant. We splashed out on one of the most expensive cabins, with a double bed and lounge area (think it was about £600!).The ship travelled overnight, including through the Corinth canal which was very impressive. We spent the days on guided historical tours in places like Delphi, Olympus etc and found our own restaurants for dinner. The food on-board was atrocious anyway so we just had breakfast on a pay as you go basis.
It seems this orange color scheme is a hold over from the EasyJet Airline coloration. In that case, the orange color scheme is tolerable for a couple hours, but seeing that much orange for many days on the cruise isn't enjoyable.
Oh man if I had known about this in my early 20's I would have been on it immediately. Even now mid 30's with a few more amenities/nicer rooms I wouldn't be opposed. Island hopping with long port stays to party at night with that sort of pricing for a room and transportation just sounds ideal. Maybe if they had a little more money and time to experiment with vessels and concepts on board this could have worked out. It seems like a really really good idea to me.
"Cheap and cheerful" is one of my favorite British-isms. Not only do I love what it's communicating, something about the phrasing always makes me smile.
I "worked" on Carnival ships for eight years, and one itinerary I did for a year or so was only $50 a day for a seven day cruise, food included. It was that inexpensive because people would have to fly to its home port of Puerto Rico so it still worked out to over $1000 per week per person depending on where you fly from. I LOVED the itinerary; every week it was San Juan(home port), Guadeloupe, Martinique, Curaçao and Aruba. San Juan and Aruba were both into port early morning and out of port at 2am. Of course, it was different for passengers on San Juan day. I say worked in quotes because my job was only three hours a day most days(with one day a week completely off) and my job was playing whatever music I wanted to, with my band. Not to write a book, but only working a few hours a day gave me tons of time to get to know the ins and outs of what makes Carnival ships and Carnival Corporation tick from the Captains to the deck cleaners, much of the Head Office and every job in between. Also things like environmental practices, criminal activities onboard by passengers and crew, and much, much more. I guess I'll just say always be nice to the crew you meet, because Carnival isn't. Most of the crew(not staff) are treated like and worked like slaves, and not told what they were going to be treated like before they spent theirs and their extended families life savings to take their jobs. Trapped, and forced to smile while being so, or else. Btw, my first week on my first ship I found a giant cooler room filled with chocolate everything! Was I allowed to be there? Of course not! But I think I broke every rule there was on board every ship I was on.
P.s. You mentioned a 4 degree list. On four occasions the giant ships I was on came(VERY suddenly!) within 3 and 4 degrees of capsizing! Flippin' terrifying! Everything smashes, everyone screams for their lives, and I bet only 5% of the crew did their emergency jobs. I did.
Ahhhh ...memories 🤗 Thanks so much for doing this. Went on both Caribbean and European itineraries and it was a great way to see so many places at minimal cost. In some ports, we were docked right next to huge cruiseliners for literally 10% of the cost. So we were basically seeing the same place and were able to stay much longer at a fraction of the cost. Actually, the amenities were much nicer than you'd expect. I do hope they try again soon
I went on a Mediterranean cruise back in 2012 with the Norwegian Epic, and this Easycruise idea literally had all the ideas I wish the Epic had; more time on land, basic rooms, nothing being shoved into your face to make your wallet run dry, and it's PRICE. I wish someone revives this idea when the pandemic ends.
I am 42 and would totally do an easy cruise. I have celiac disease and travel with my own food regularly. Their meal plan and cabins totally suit my I am not here to be in my cabin and eat ship food vacation cruise mindset.
41 and I fully agree. What I like most are the prolonged stays in port. More time for sightseeing, exploring etc (doesn't necessarily have to be nightlife). And I for one do prefer to eat out locally when visiting a foreign country rather than join the queue at the buffet just to get dishes I can eat at home too.
I actually love the idea of the 4 am departure from ports. Doing one next month where we spend about 48 hours in a port (dock in the afternoon, then a full day docked, then depart the next afternoon) and really looking forward to that.
I could see a small niche market for this type of cruise, but I believe most people prefer the more inclusive nature of the popular cruise lines. I personally like knowing that I have paid for most everything up front, so that only incidentals are extra. Food is not an incidental. I do see some merit to the approach though. On most cruises, if you want to eat in port, that means you really paid for the meal twice, because you've already paid for the meal on the ship. That's also why I don't like doing the specialty restaurants if there is a surcharge.
I like to look at it like cheap transport, instead of spending hundreds of dollars on a flight plus hotel for 2 you take one of these and spend the difference on an experience.
I think that with your in-depth knowledge of the cruising industry, coupled with the scrapping of some relatively new ships, it would only require a small leap to set up your own cruise line - EmmaCruises with ships named accordingly; Princess Emma, Queen Emma, Dame Emma, and so on. It couldn't fail.
In April/May 2016 my husband and I took a Transatlantic cruise on the NCL Star from Tampa, FL, USA to Copenhagen, Denmark for $399 per person. 4 sea days, then Bermuda, then 4 sea days, then Ponta Delgada, then 4 more sea days before finally disembarking in Copenhagen. Like you, I'm a budget traveler so of course it was an inside cabin. However I did pick out my cabin and got one on deck 12 in the middle of all the suites which ensured we had an excellent cabin steward. Thank you for all the entertaining information that you always provide.

This is what I want. Cruises are way too expensive for the 20-35 range. And they’re full of old people and bad food. All I want is a safe place to lay down that takes me to a new city in the morning. Hostel on the water. I hope someone does this again.
Helsinki-Tallinn-Helsinki 22H cruises cost starts from 5 Euros (or 20 Euros per four person windowless cabin, which you can of course buy for yourself for said 20 Euros ). And if you take part in their loyalty program and travel few times a year and buy some drinks or stuff on the ship, you quite often get special offers of 20 euros for 2 or 4 person window cabin. The basic cabin is nothing special but they are clean and comfortable. Price includes only the cabin, but they sell food on the ship with reasonable prices, up to 27 Euros for limitless buffet (although most alcohol is extra cost). They have always high quality (1st class big money Finnish ones usually) entertainer or two + some minor ones on the ship each trip, and have decent disco. They make their money mostly by selling tax free alcohol which us Finns naturally buy as the alcohol tax is high. And you have 3 hours in Tallinn.
Wish it was around when I was under 30. I don't care about the cabin, have traveled in Europe using hotels with 6 to a room. It's all about getting to the destination. I'm not a big eater so buying food at ports is fine by me. Plus I'm all the way down in Melbourne, Australia. Been on 7 or 8 cruises but won't be going anytime soon with all the new restricted rules
I took one of these in Greece in 2007. It was such a great way to travel, accommodation & transportation in one & so much cheaper then doing both of those things separately.
The meal plan reminds me of my days in college...the orange would put me off. It's not relaxing. I've stayed at Easy Hotels in places in England and flown on EasyJet around Europe. $40 airfares each way are awesome!
Although it didn’t work, it was a very good idea. Especially for young people who don’t want to fork out thousands on a cruise, and also want the nightlife aspect. Would be even better if they had a nightclub on board, then when you come back at 2/3am you can carry on the party!
Other than the decor, this sounds amazing! I would much prefer to be able to spend the evening on land, and find different restaurants that are only open after the usual boarding time. That way, after tourists from other cruises have left, the town will be much less crowded, too. I'd easily pay $50/night for the convenience of a "floating hotel" like that.
I took the EasyCruise 2 and it wasn't too bad. Was a total booze cruise though. Had a lot of fun onboard but couldn't tell you a thing about any of her ports of call except for Amsterdam and that's only because I've been there a hundred times. EC2 was a tiny boat though I think she had maybe 20 or so berths. The first one looks to be about twice the size of the EC2.
Honestly not that surprised it didn't work out the way they were hoping. That fist ship at $10 a night would bring in at most what maybe $300 a night if fully loaded? Would that really be enough to cover all costs? Especially considering the older ships they're using needing more regular repair and service. You basically have all the costs of a hotel combined with all the costs of an airline all combined into one product. It's one of the reasons cruises are so expensive and yet cruise lines are still regularly going broke.
In the Baltic there are super cheap cruises (as in 20usd), especially on routes between Sweden and Finland. The industry is large and competition fierce, and they basically serve as large tax-free alcohol shops between two countries with expensive alcohol. You also don’t get food by standard. However these companies operate fixed routes between Sweden, Finland and the Baltic countries, they don’t pop off to the Mediterranean or Caribbean.
Its a shame the business model didnt work. That sounds like a blast. A floating hotel that takes you to a variety of places to party and explore. I went on a cruise once. It was an awful experience. I was stuck in closed quarters with my family for one week. We docked twice during the entire time for only a few hours each. .... exciting moments included getting too drunk at the bar (the only bar on the ship) and throwing up on the pillow next to my mother ... 😪 ... granted I was in my early 20s. But still I was very bored. Yes, I believe the average age of the clientele was 57. However, this easy cruise thing, this I would do. For those concerned, I drink less now lol. 😅
I think under certain booking arrangements, meals on Hurtigruten also are not included. Basically, I think one can book a ferry service for a day or a few nights and have to pay extra for meals in the cafeteria. Or one can book cruise style and get 3 meals per day. In that case, the default dinner seems to be a set 3 course meal with no selections/options. Or one can pay extra to eat a la carte.
As a 19 year old, (American) I cruise a lot, solo and with family/friends, I cruise Disney, my mom is a Disney travel agent and I get significant discounts, so that’s a big reason why, however I also love the elegance of the ships, I’m not really into the party ships
Yikes! That room (note I'm not calling a cabin) looks like a closet that's storing extra mattresses. They'd have to pay me a hefty amount to stay in there.
Especially Viking Line does these types of cheap cruises between Finland and Sweden, but their cheapest prices are only if you are a member of the Viking Club. They make money from selling tax free alcohol, candies and cigarettes. And since the ship has a regular route, it also takes regular travellers and cargo. A one way ticket litterally costs more than a cheap cruise. Anyway I bet they also make a fair amount of money from the ship bars and nightclub, since it's a classic party boat. Because of that reputation they nowadays have more strict policies about the age of cruise guests, meaning like a group of 20 year olds can't go without an adult chaperon who must be at least something like 30 years old. I can't remember the actual rules, but years ago when I went with some friends and family, some of them were legally adults but still needed to have some evidence that they had fully grown up company.
Are there other cruiselines where you spend the night in port? I would love to cruise around Italy and Greece, but for me a major part of hollidays on these parts are the wonderfull evenings, eating late outsidel stopping by cafes, maybe a bit of late night shopping. Having to spend the evenings on the ship is a no-go for me.
Thanks, Emma. I saw an Easy Cruise ship in port once (you couldn't miss It!) And I always wondered what it was like. Just about what I thought, but very informative and interesting. Like your presenting style, too. Great accent.
We have a similar airlines in USA called Spirit and JetBlue, they can be the cheapest but you pay for everything else if you pay the lowest fare. I don't think I will enjoy a cruise if food, shows and comfortable cabin are not included regardless of the price.
Took 2 cruises on Easy cruise One. One Mediterranean one Greek islands. Wow, great price, hours and hours in port, dinner in great mom and pops in each port. Great beaches. A fun party crowd on each sailing. We have cruised 35 times on many lines and destinations and easy cruise was right at the top for us.
Most cruises make the bulk of their money on add ons, especially alcohol and gambling. The shops, excursions, spa, and extra dining are major profit centers. The base fare is just to get you on board and keep you happy to be on the ship, the rest is where they make their real money. If passengers don't want to stay on board, the ship won't be profitable.
honestly the cost per night isnt really important to me because its only one part of the total cost, i had cruises that cost me less then 30€ per night for the stay itself but the cost of flying out to the ship and the extras you pay for cocktails and other stuff here and there usually add up to much more than the room costs a night.
When these (EasyCruise-river) were 1rst offered I jumped at it but was declined as there were no enfants permitted. This policy was later amended but by the time I was ready to book they had gone the way of the Dodo bird.
I've flown Easyjet a few times - It's cheap, you're only there for a couple of hours - That's fine. I've also stayed in an Easy Hotel - NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, AGAIN! I'd sleep in the street rather than the hell hole that was an Easy Hotel - And that only required me being there a few hours (trying to sleep). The idea of the 'no frills' (eg zero comfort) cruise sounds like the worst thing on earth to me! You couldn't PAY me enough to go on an Easy Cruise!
@@EmmaCruises Maybe I was unlucky - It was the night before a flight from Luton Airport - There were drunks or drug addicts shouting in the street outside well into the early hours, so I barely slept, but the toilet/shower combo and the uncomfortable bed didn't help - To be honest, it had all the comfort, charm and appeal of spending the night in a public disabled toilet, but probably smelt a little worse! :(
Thanks for that Emma, I had forgotten about that orange venture and wondered what happened to it! They did make it look like an oversized lifeboat! ;-D
Have you taken the Hurtigruten/ Coastal Express in Norway? It is not a cruise but a working ship from Bergen to Kirkenes and back. It has 34 ports of call. Now there is a new company that has started and the name is Havila. They have four brand new ships. The Hurtigruten have been in service since 1893.
Personally, If I were to go on a cruise ship, it would have to be a small one, maybe a dozen or so people (+ crew). I couldn't think of a much worse situation as being on one of these massive cruise ships. There are *far* too many negatives which would absolutely blow the positives out of the water.
I went on two of these - one in the Med, and one in the Greek Islands. They were pretty good - once the bugs were ironed out (that orange was CRAZY - it gave you a bit of a headache after a while), and IF you knew what you were buying in to. The stock footage of a meal line you show is a bit misleading. The "food package" consisted of airline style re-heated meals, anyone who bought it (I didn't) was disappointed. The idea really was to go ashore for the whole day and find nice eateries at the various ports ashore. The bar on board sold snacks, coffee and pastries.
Oh goodness that sounds gross, I couldn’t find a single photo of the food on the internet it was so tricky to research this. 🤣💕 Thanks for watching 😀👏🏼
I could see that a big problem with that business model is that overhead costs aren't as responsive to demand. For example, "housekeeping on demand" might work better in a land-based hotel where I can just call in housekeepers when there's demand for them to work, on Tuesday, meanwhile they are otherwise free to be off, doing their own thing. When they come, they're only using the cleaning supplies I provide and maybe a uniform. But on a cruise ship, they not only need the tools of their trade, they need to be provided a bed and have access to food. On top of that, they also need to be there the whole trip, even if they're not bringing in any revenue because customers aren't buying. A similar situation would be present for food services--you'd need to be crewed and equipped for maximum demand even if you only saw a minimum one. You can't just send your cooks home because there's no work for them. They need to stay on-board, which means bedspace and food access need to be provided. If you fully stock your perishables and they go bad because people didn't want them, that's money down the toilet. But you don't want to be caught short, telling customers there isn't food when they DO want it because you weren't ready for higher / maximum demand. So there's a pretty unenviable choice: Swallow an unforgiving overhead that threatens your "crazy cheap" business model, or reduce what you offer and risk people saying they don't want to come back?
I thought I was gonna be the only one that said this actually sounds awesome but I guess not! I really wish it was still around becahse I’d be booking tickets now! The biggest issues I see with cruises today are exactly what were changed for this line. Jealous!
I remember seeing the easycruise ship in Monaco when it was orange - it was quite literally an eye sore lol, and I wasn't the only one who thought so. It was doomed from the start - the only surprise was that it lasted more than 1 season.
As you say, they had few ways to generate revenue on board and their base fare was low so overall not much revenue coming in. Also, the vision that many people have about a cruise is that it will have wonderful food in a luxurious environment. Even though they were trying to sell a budget service I suspect it is not what most people actually wanted when they went on board and so were disappointed. Read the reviews for lower cost lines like Carnival and NCL and you will see a fair number of people who are disappointed when they are "nickel and dimed" i.e. when they have to pay for additional services on board.
I went on the easy cruise and met a few easy women am now married to one, we had an easy wedding and an easy first child, my wife is as easy as they get and overall so is my life
Hi Emma. I really like your Cruise channel but for the first time... and I hate to do this... but I have to correct something you have got wrong. Sorry! Stelios was NOT the first to create 'cruising for non-cruisers'. The first company trying this (and being very seccessful at it) was a company called 'Ocean Village'. They had two ships and they had NO formality at all. When you bought your ticket, nothing was invluded apart from the buffet food... so you could add whatever you wanted to that rock-bottom price. The only thing Stelious did was to take that 'theme' to its extreem, and not even include food... that didnt work very well... yes I know that the people cruising with him loved it, but it just didnt work as business model. Most people didnt spend enough on board. ...so Ocean Village worked better, but their profit margain was good but not great, so it left the market in 2010.

I would totally go on a super discount cruise like that. Even more so when I was in my 20s. Basically going to a hostel on a boat.

Oh my goodness wow 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lesson I kearned the hard way: You want Affordable NOT Cheap
What is "affordable"? It's become a marketing term that means cheap.
@@agnostic47 Affordable is still abpve cheap
@@agnostic47 affordable is the cement slab houses in america, cheap is the "cement" slab houses in china
@B B oh yeah, custom cement is stupidly expensive
What i'm talking about is prefab cement houses, the ones that come on a trailer and get put up in like 4 hours (for a decently sized one, my little flat+loft in utah went up in 1.5, including the roof). They cost ~70-80% of a traditional house but are just as durable (some even being able to have those cheap chalk-based houses smashed against them by a storm and still be liveable)
You have probably seen a fair few of these without realising as a facing is often applied to make it look like a wood house (i didnt take this option myself because i like the cement look)
I suppose affordable would be an object that anyone could buy. Not to mention the quality would be sufficent enough to warrant consideration. As opppsed to cheap where the object is going for the lowest cost possible regardless of everything else.
This Cruise Line reminds me of having a meal plan in College.

@@EmmaCruises Thanks for keeping us up todate with Cruises in Europe and other Cruise news. Great Live Stream with Don.
Haha! Hope you had a good week despite the beds 😀👏🏼
Oooo that’s good!!! Glad to hear he’s nice. Seems nice! Thanks for watching 😀👏🏼
Haha!! Ooo that sounds like fun though. Glad you enjoyed it 😀❤️
Probably the most interesting cruise content I’ve seen since before covid. I’d love to see Emma cover the back stories of other cruise lines.
It seems this orange color scheme is a hold over from the EasyJet Airline coloration. In that case, the orange color scheme is tolerable for a couple hours, but seeing that much orange for many days on the cruise isn't enjoyable.
Thank you! 😀❤️
Tbh, I'd do it, sounds pretty good! You get to stay on port til 4 AM, I'll buy snacks and bring them to my cabin.

Ahh, it is not that bad. Just remember to bring enough coins for the shower.
I did.
Ahhhh ...memories 🤗
Thanks so much for doing this.
Thanks for watching 😀👏🏼
NCL epic is a great ship I went on a twice
When I watched their TV programme I had such a laugh when on the day the paparazzi were invited onboard the theme song from “Titanic” was playing.
😂😂😂
Easy Cruise makes Carnival sound like the Cunard line in comparison.
I worked on Cunard in 2019. QV
I remember this, there were ads for this cruise line in the barbados newspaper. I remember how cheap it was.
I had a great 2 week holiday through the Greek islands with Easy Cruise. Nice to visit a different place every day + the same cost as a usual hotel.
Sounds good! 😁🥳
As someone who loves orange even I can admit that there was a bit too much of it on these ships.
Definitely

It's so it's easier to find them when they sink!

I went on that ship, docked in the south of France on the worlds cheapest ship. It was basic but loads of fun!

Sounds good! 😁🥳 Id like to try that!

Ooo! Glad to hear it. Thanks for watching 😀👏🏼
I heard the name Stelios and instantly knew where it was heading. My years of watching Come Fly With Me finally come in useful!
The meal plan reminds me of my days in college...the orange would put me off. It's not relaxing. I've stayed at Easy Hotels in places in England and flown on EasyJet around Europe. $40 airfares each way are awesome!
Yep can’t argue with that 😀❤️
Although it didn’t work, it was a very good idea. Especially for young people who don’t want to fork out thousands on a cruise, and also want the nightlife aspect.
Would be even better if they had a nightclub on board, then when you come back at 2/3am you can carry on the party!
Agreeeed! Sure they would if more space 😂
That sounds good to me! Thanks for watching 😀👏🏼

Seems like a floating youth hostel or YMCA.
It was exactly that. The (single) jacuzzi at the end of the week looked like grey back-packer soup.
They should have gotten the Village People to write a song about it.
U r oddly comforting to listen and look at. Those subtle hair position changes were cute.
Haha!! Thank you 😂💕
As a 19 year old, (American) I cruise a lot, solo and with family/friends, I cruise Disney, my mom is a Disney travel agent and I get significant discounts, so that’s a big reason why, however I also love the elegance of the ships, I’m not really into the party ships

Eating on a cruise ship is a dangerous prospect anyway.
Y
Why
Most cruises make the bulk of their money on add ons, especially alcohol and gambling. The shops, excursions, spa, and extra dining are major profit centers. The base fare is just to get you on board and keep you happy to be on the ship, the rest is where they make their real money.
If passengers don't want to stay on board, the ship won't be profitable.
Yess that’s exactly it 👏🏼❤️
Good points
honestly the cost per night isnt really important to me because its only one part of the total cost, i had cruises that cost me less then 30€ per night for the stay itself but the cost of flying out to the ship and the extras you pay for cocktails and other stuff here and there usually add up to much more than the room costs a night.
Yah, Thanks for watching 😀👏🏼

Haha! I liked easy hotel, cheap and clean. It’s a good job we are all different, variety is the spice of life as they say 😀💕

We took a "Easy Jet" from Scotland-Amsterdam. I can imagine what the cruise would be like!
Exactly like that 😂❤️
I could see that a big problem with that business model is that overhead costs aren't as responsive to demand.
Yep! I think you’ve got it exactly there 💕🤔
I only know about easycruise from their Miniclip game where you park the boat

Orange ya glad about that!
Yeah I think you’re right there ❤️
I went on the easy cruise and met a few easy women am now married to one, we had an easy wedding and an easy first child, my wife is as easy as they get and overall so is my life

😂😂😂 did they supply you with free sunglasses ??? That’s orange overload 😂
I wish 😂😂😂😂
I found one for $11.50 USD/£8.60 night this last week. Fill in Cruise less than 2 weeks away. It was one of the one filling the empty schedule from a cancelled cruise to Hawaii and back.
I didn't know about this cruise line.
The only thing I find strange is they would expect me ( a passenger) to pay for cleaning service. Its not my boat, you pay to clean it, Easy Cruise!
Haha, they clean between guests of course 😂
at $10 a night you can't complain about anything. If someone offered me a cruise for that much I would say no way.
I’m glad that there are (were) cruise lines for everyone. Easy wouldn’t be my cup of tea due to the lack of amenities.
I am surprised that they didn’t realize where profits came from.
Haha, they're a big company so I'm sure they could afford to just try something different for the fun of it :')
