Never been able to find this on Spotify but gladly found it on here. Was a song that went under the radar in 2002 but was played regularly on Kiss and was a favourite of mine and my then girlfriend.
wow i had heard this one back in 2002 only once on tmf, me and my friends were hooked on it we were the only ones to know abt it brings back so much pleasant memories :)
Loved this when I was in my first year of high school, and kept remembering snippets of the lyrics and had no idea who sang it. How this wasn't bigger, I don't even... And yes, Ja Rule it does sound like.
StarGate started out as producers, but in 1999 they decided to launch a music career as a recording artist. They put together a group and released two singles, both of them bombed miserably. The whole project was abandoned.
You can almost hear the early beginnings of Blue's "All Rise" - which StarGate also produced - in this single!

Still not on Spotify 😭 can remember when I first heard this....always thought the male singer was JaRule so sounds like him 😄

They should have released this album, it would have been awesome
Anne Judith Wiik from the Norwegian band Soda is singing. Stargate of Ne-Yo fame are the producers.
i wish the radio would start playing soft beats like this again...
instead of crap like calvin harris and crappy doof doof beats
I like this song. I knew what the title was, but never could find a video for it. By us it was on a compilation cd, Coolsweat 11.
Thanx for posting!
