Normally this works great on an acrylic top coat. Never seen it done over enamel. Nice job!
I have done both, of course acrylic is more forgiving but enamel I have learned to speed up the process a bit before paint has time to fully gas .
is there a time limit if you do not have the time to invest three hours in one sitting?
Actually the hairspray is water soluable so you can rub off the acrylic and expose the underlying color..................
Yes that's why the toothbrush is dipped in water
Please what kind of Blue color is that in Rustoleum spray paint?
