If you create a special building material for your beam, you can make it 999strong, so you don't need to do a solid element operation between your slab and beam. Alternatively, you could use the Opening tool instead of the beam...
Thanks for the comment. But you can't give the shape you desire with the opening tool. It's only rectangle. But in this example we need some angle for the openin so you have to use custom profile.

@@sb.architect Now ArchiCAD 25 opening tool can do that.
That´s not a correct process. There are simpler methods for doing that. You must consider the workflow and BIM process.
