That looked absolutely mouthwatering and I’m not a fan of pizza but I could have eaten a slice of that I was wondering;g if you could do a tiramisu I know it’s not cooking as such but it’s my favourite dessert and I have seen different ways of this dessert being made none seems to come up to the ones you buy in resteraunts would you be up for giving it a go coming up to Christmas and would rally be interested in the Yule log
Good job Ian,a lot of work,you did very well.I ordered a Stromboli from my local pizza parlor once,but with all the cold cuts in it, it was too salty,and meaty for me.I often order the Italian cold cut hero sandwich which has as much if not more meat in it,but I think the lettuce,onion,tomato,oil,and vinegar,plus so much more bread to the meat/cheese ratio makes it that much more to my liking.😊
When the dough won’t stretch and keeps bouncing back. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes and then roll it some more. It usually works. Well done Ian, that looks restaurant quality. You and Amanda need to open a bistro xxxxx
