Shirou EMIYA nah it's all depend on Shirou of which path he choose like 40 bad ending in VN. Kinda hard to explain properly but when Rin summon Archer doesn't mean the other Shirou will walk the same path, like "Superhero" bad end HF,...
Shirou EMIYA oh and add for my previous cmt, Saber actually already being saved and can't summon again (the real Saber is the one being trapped on the hill of camlann) and Shirou in Fate route is the last Shirou walk the path of a hero as well. So we can safely say Fate Shirou is the ultimate hero of justice.
