I never thought about this. Kept this in the front of my mind, loaded into a game and holy smokes... Was deleting people. Not saying im an instant pro or anything but keeping these types of mechanical techniques in mind and practice is definitely a fantastic way to get alot better pretty quickly.
THANK YOU YOU DONT KNOW HOW MUCH YOU HELP ME
*People that flick with there entire arm* : 🗿
Thanks Ron, I think I was inconsistent due to not using this all the time
I always moved my wrist around when playing, thinking of it like an anchor point might help my aim a bit
It'll help your aims consistency at least. Reaction speed and everything else will be the same when you get used to it.
Ýes its completely normal if your sens isnt lower than 25cm.... any sens over 30cm isnt a wrist sens but a mix sens with mostly arm movement so if you have a 50cm sens no wonder you dont do this
I feel like not many of us are wrist players .. but I could be wrong
Just switched to PC so hopefully I can be as good as I was in controller.
once you get good at it, you will realize how bad you are at games with a controller.
I like to use my pinky and sometimes my palm to control the mouse more for longer ranged shots
Its just that wrist aiming restricts your aim to that range of movement if you don't use your forearm that much, so you end up having really high sens
Just careful, carpal tunnel could be the problem here
i jus dont understand why people dont aim w arm its the most beneficial and accurate
@@plackfr because some like myself have health issues that prevent us to have strength in arms and endurance also. having low sensitivity and using arms is pretty much impossible more than 10 minutes.
@@oOHiggsFieldOo As a wrist aimer my whole life, I can really say that I understand what you mean and it really is hard at first but then I really tried practicing using my arms for the previous 2-3 months and it really helped me out and made me feel like I was better compared to when using my wrists
How to know when to use wrist vs arm ?
i have my wrist anchor on a 45 to the right side where the bone is but due to injury i gotta use low sen in games but im always in higher elo across multiple games so hopefully this helps others
Any guide on lowsens????
Love that mousepad, what is it?
Esptiger addiceinc.com
I do this when i play dota and my fking hand got so much pain
The secret of wrist aiming is having a big forearm.
If you play tennis or similar you will be naturally better at it.
Should you be able to 360 or 180?
More like 45-90
Cool, but what if you want to make a flick that isn't horizontal, these seems extremely exclusive to tac shooters. I spent like a month working on this style and assumed I was doing something wrong when I couldn't hit a diagonal flick in overwatch. I tried moving my arm up as I flicked my wrist but it was like playing operation trying to get a straight line. I tried setting up my cursor on the correct y axis and the flicking with my wrist, but how is flicking diagonaly with your arm not so much easier and faster. Maybe I am missing something, but how does using a wrist anchor do anything but limit your flicks to horizontal flicks only. I can't describe how annoyed I am and how long I spent on this trying to make it work.
Can you arm style pls
Wow this is the most dangerous possible advice. Why would you ever wrist anchor? This is a tacfps crutch,m do not ever do this.
how to get carpal tunnel tutorial
Can u give me best sensitivity for valorant like I'm wrist mouse usee
how tf do people not know this, this is just common sense
and what if i do both arm and wrist at the same fck time cause i am weird asf
o7 wrist
Just use arms lol
The gigachads playing with 800 dpi 0.2 sens ☠️☠️
Bro def dont know whats is claw grippe 😅
telling all of u with forearm and wrist issues, go fuckin train and u will not have problems

Your wrist pisses me off lol
You shouldn’t be aiming with your wrist.
?
Ну русском пж, я HИXYЯ не понял
Do not do this this is a bad habit that will give you short term gain but not sustainable long term. Carpal tunnel
What u know u dont even aim that well
Do you have any clue who this is? He is quite a good aimer. Especially when comparing him to the likes of an average person.
Thank you I didn't know what my bad habit was causing wrist pain until i saw this video
Do not do this. This is a bad habit/crutch that will give you a short term but completely unsustainable benefit. If you do this consistently you will give yourself carpel tunnel.
Do not do this this is a bad habit that will give you short term gain but not sustainable long term. That’s how you should have said it.
@@SZX4_ did not ask
i’ve been doing this since before i can remember and i don’t got carpel tunnel and never had any wrist pain
@@SZX4_hey m0ng0l0id
Thanks I have CTS now
Idk why I even checked this out, Im an ultrakill player.. my wrist got destroyed like a year ago
Actually pause, edit, Im also an osu player LMAO
the suffering
Kovaaks would disagree that this is optimal grip, and does s1mple do some vertical movements with mouse that is made by moving entire arm rather than wrist?
this is really good for when ur horizontal aiming and knows where the enemy is but if the enemy peeks from a further distance than the wrist range then ur done for good 💀!
so just have a balanced aiming skills! not just wrists!
I DO AGREE AND HAVE BEEN SURPRISED BY WRIST AIMING THO, it works yes it really works but have a balanced aiming skills!
@@Adam-vn3sp Yes, practicing entire range of motion is necessary as well. First it’s better to use wrist to move and seamlessly start moving entire arm once wrist movements reach edge point. Did some 180+ degree flicks this way. Entire motion range must be supported, glide is important.
I move my entire arm instead of my wrist aswell. Never got carpal tunnel, playing FPS games since 2010
@@gabeznl3591 I switched to vertical arm movement and horizontal wrist aiming. The same technique Shroud, s1mple, Kovaak, Ron Rambo Kim use.
I did this without knowing 😂
This is nasty work right here

His hands look like made of wax
The secret to wrist aiming is DON'T
after reading these comments im really suprised so few people know this i kinda automatically did this since forever ago
Yeah that wrist at 40 😢
I have really bad pains in my forearm randomly when playing fps games and rhythm games. Do you think I should still do this? I don't want to lead this pain to something worse like carpal tunnel.
Your grip style and or grip pressure (too much pressure) are probably the cause of forearm pain. Make sure you're taking breaks.
or use ur arm
Bro i hv a doubt can u help me with it when i flick ryt i am flicking perfectly but to the left flick or move i couldn’t do it properly vro and i use 1600dpi and 0.1 sens. Couldn’t flick to the left properly and i am automatically holding mouse tightly can u pls tell me any solutions for this🥹🤧
I have a bigger range on my left than my right?
SOOO guess I'm an outlier, I have an over extended claw grip and a 70cm/360 sens lol
70cm is wild
@@antweeezzyyyantop6743 yea bro I tried, 40sh,50sh,even 60cm but they all felt too fast. Once I got to 70 I felt like I cam control it. Cqc was real difficult at first but after a while my brain adapted and cqc wasnt a problem anymore.
@@feastwchopsticks2816 thats abnormal but ay, you do you

Not gonna lie, if the overlords hadn't banned gaming from the platform, I would've made a whole channel about fps gaming... It would be at least one off the bucket list.
Waiting for a manufacturer to make a mouse. That lets you move the sensor horizontally. Giving more tunability
Isn't that how everyone aims?
I developed this on my own as I played I guess, because I already do this.
I'm ngl, playing 1500 hours of Dota 2 has helped my aim tremendously
I'm Playing From Elbow. Cuz I'm Otistic Reyna Main GG EZ
bro uses whole hand meanwhile me using just fingers like spider
that will definitely hurt your wrist.
Every time I move my wrist left to right it clicks 🗿
Anchoring your wrist on a hard surface gives you carpal tunnel
I thought this was evangelion related when i saw the thumbnail
Name of mousepad?

I used to wrist aim but once I switched to arm aiming I realized that it’s how you’re supposed to do it. 2000 hours in counter strike and pretty much instantly I doubled my skill. Watch some videos on it it’s truly amazing
Don’t have space on the desk … I’m forced to be a wrist player
@@Mr.Helper. You need a bigger desk, then a long mousepad too
@@PureCapsaicin haha .. not that easy to get more space .. cost of living is expensive
Thank you now i neee a pc
Isn't that only for high sens? I've always been told to not anchor the wrist and not drag the wrist on the mouse pad
this is for wrist aiming, which is always high sens. I personally use arm aiming, and it sounds like you probably do too. (Arm aimers csn still use their wrist for micro adjustments, but we move our whole arm when moving our crosshair more than a small small distance)
I would literally flick my whole arm 😂😂 but this makes a ton of sense. Sub’d and thanks man!
Everyone here going to f#ck up their wrists for life...
this is genuinely no secret its common knowledge
Its a technique that alot of people forget about in the heat of a gunfight. Practicing keeping these types of simple mechanical techniques in mind definitely do help in my opinion.
It’s just a basic fundamental that most still need to maintain or improve
I've only been on PC for 4 years, any kind of guidance is appreciated really
how to get carpal tunnel syndrome
Idk why but ur hand is similar like mine but big bigger i have that huge ass middle bone joints xd
Using only my wrist, I would have to turn up my sensitivity 😅 I prefer to use my whole forearm.
it is just for flicks. for turning, checking angles, etc you have to use your forearm but then instantly locking this anchor..
