I used to watch Craig Ferguson almost every night. I still miss his shows. In my opinion, he is the best talk show host of all time. Mainly for these reasons : 1) Funniest host 2) Best interviewer I ever seen 3) His wit is unmatched. He is/was incredibly quick-minded. We will never see another host like him.
Don't have any interest in Conan. He's ok as a writer I suppose. I don't put him on the same page as Craig, there's no contest. The first time I ever saw Craig on this show was with a close friend who told me we had to sit down and watch the show together. My buddy's wife had to get up early for work....I don't know how many times she told us to put a lid on it, we couldn't stop laughing almost all the way through the show it was that funny. It was magic! I wish I could remember which one it was or who his guests were that night, it's just been too long. I felt bad keeping his wife awake but neither one of us could stop laughing! He passed away from a myocardial infarction (heart attack) spring of 2019. His wife is behind bars until 2030 unless they spring her before that..... So I look back and remember the good times with a fondness but also a tremendous sense of loss and heartache whenever I watch these old clips. This gal is one of my favorites of Craig's guests. She's so real, it ain't real and I just love her for it. She has a moral compass that still functions but understands the difference between magnetic north and true north. What a fun gal, man I just love her. I truly wish her the best as well as her family. Marriage is a challenge. Just ask my ex wife of 11 years. Cheers
