This presentation is such a wonderful gift for me because I have become interested in weaving, but am put off by the thought of buying looms and shuttles, etc., etc. And I love folk art so the idea of carving a simple heddle that is portable and easy to use is very appealing to me. I admire Kerstin's thought process and work ethic and that she is sharing her experiences with this craft with others who are interested in learning her techniques. Thank you for introducing her to the U.S. with this video.

This was fascinating and a delight from start to finish! I recently read "Handwoven Tape" by Susan Faulkner Weaver, and this was great to build on what I learned from that book. I'm very tempted to try weaving tape, but I really don't need yet another hobby!
