THIS, this right here makes me want to dig around for my old YYH OSTs. My all time favourite of Kurama's image songs. It's been way too damn long since I've heard it.
Kurama is easily one of the anime’s most memorable characters for good reason. On the surface he appears gentle, calm and understanding. But it’s really a facade. When he needs to be he can be just as ruthless as even Hiei. You never forget characters like this.
It's not a façade. He does possess all those traits, and they each surface according to what the situation demands. He's simply that complex. That's what I marvel at, how he can be all those things at once, all the conflicted, opposing sides, and the way those sides interact, they are all truly a part of him.
