It's actually so wholesome that CF showed us this friendship between Jubei, Valkenhayn, and Hakumen. Like here the former two are determined to at the very least retrieve Hakumen's body, and in the main story Hakumen was like "you dont even have to ask me to save Jubei" (which is huge for a tsundere like him) Despite all the shit that went down, those three were true bros.

This in turn, left the Susanoo unit vacant. To fight the black beast, Jin gave up his Original Body to "possess" the now emptied Susanoo Unit, becoming Hakumen, and losing his og body in the process. Now, why we have another Jin is complicated, but suffice it to say, all that happened to a Jin from the future who traveled back in time to the past before he himself was born and has been alive in the immortao Susanoo unit ever since. ....BlazBlue lore is kind of a mess. Everyone's going on about Relius but I think he's decently friendly to Hazama as well. Like, he's utterly ecstatic to Hazama like he's wanting his approval for how poweful he's gotten and once he's defeated him he's like "You were a great help to me so just rest, I got it all in the bag now."
He also calls Blake Zasshu/Mongrel in BBTAG. Wait a minute. Spiky Hair and down hair. Divine. Fights with Chains. Overwhelmingly more powerful than most of the cast. Has a huge ego and looks down on others. Calls people mongrel. Are we sure Terumi isn't just Gilgamesh?
@@shiroutheherotraceon33132 years late but here’s another similarity, Ea and the function of the Susano’o unit (being made to be able to destroy and delete things from a timeline and not cause paradoxes by making reality fix itself in a way the deleted thing would remain deleted but everything else stays the same.
No more BlazBlue videos for a while but I'll be sure to do any of these in the near future. Specially Relius, since it hasn't been done from what I saw.

to be fair it is his actual body that he tossed away since he needed to be to be free from his sisters control and the only way was to toss his body out and become the terumi persona, now since his existance is going away he needs his body back since it fixes that
@@monokomomo4977 iirc he tried to reclaim it way earlier in the story but when he did that's when Rachel took it before he could get it back, he only got it back now because he was getting desperate in his plans and had no other choice to get his original body back. Which is why he said "This is already the "worst" for me and you", to Ragna in the story

When he stabbed Hakumen with the Hihiirokane it seems that he just pushed Hakumen's soul aside and that's part of why he couldn't properly fuse with his body. Like it was too much of forceful fusion, it didn't help that Terumi was in his weakest state before doing so, having just a couple of days of existance before dissapearing. Thanks to that Ragna easily removed him from his vessel they were able to take him to a place outside of reason, where he finally could finish him off.
