4:50 is a bad idea weaving in and out of traffic lanes imho since your PEV is basically invisible. I have had many 1 litre motorcycles and even though a moto is almost 7 feet long, most people still do not see them. Better to stay on the side closest to the sidewalk like the 50cc mopeds so you can jump on the sidewalk in a emergency, which is better than being crushed and killed like that lady renting a scooter was run over by a truck in NYC a few months ago.
