Problem with the Commanders is that they have been really hard to get since your original review. I have been waiting for 4 months for my pre ordered set...
Yeah Aomway need to actual make some of those goggles and get them out to customers. They're listed on every FPV store but not actually in stock anywhere. When they turn up I might pick up a set and compare them to my DomV3 but Im happy with the current fat sharks I have
UAVfutures Stew can you do a review on the Eachine ev800 with TBS antenna cause I'm trying to get into this hobby and these goggles seem awesome so I was hoping you could.
GoPro are doing the same. They lag behind in technology, such as 4K stabilisation and chopped image in a hi frame rate video, which products such as the Yi 4K + has achieved extremely well but much cheaper. @cragonaut. Well said, I was thinking the same thing! How could the company be angry with you Stu? Especially when you give an honest review and you had to repair the new goggles, sponsored or not!

$350 is the 'good value' model? Lol, just think about what you could actually get for $350. You could get a diversity receiver for only $58! To compare it to things outside of FPV, you could get (for $20 more), a 28" 4k adaptive refresh rate computer monitor. And we're paying $300 for (what seems like) two camcorder viewfinders with two lenses?
I wonder what they cost to produce... A couple of LCDs, plastic case, faceplate, DVR, various ports. They could be a lot less, but that wouldn't be retail!

I'm either going to make my own18650 packs or buy their enclosure and some cells.
DavyBoy Preaching to the choir DavyBoy. I have no less than 3 fatshark batteries sitting puffy in a drawer and have made some Frankenstein 18650 packs with the led indicator. I wish they made the 18650 case with a proper balance lead so we could charge in the case. If you have the ability to charge 18650s definitely use the enclosure. I think you should have sent these goggles back for inspection/repair before doing a full blown review. I often imagine postal guys playing warehouse soccer with our parcels, lol! Cheers.
Fat Shark has now issued a voluntary recall to fix some V4 video filtering problems. Do yourself a favour and contact FS support to have these repaired. Then, test again and do everyone a favour. Thanks and cheers.
My dom v3's were DOA. No image at all just a black screen. I sent them back to where I bought them and they found a display ribbon had come loose. Could be a similar problem with the one white screen.
I'm spewing I bought the x220 before knowing about the x220s, it's like they watched all the reviews on the x220 and just fixed it accordingly. OSD, 30a ESCs, a new ccd camera (wait for reviews on that one), a pigtail from the vtx to the antenna so no more broken VTX (I had to do this manually after breaking my vtx), pagoda antenna, soft mounted motors, bigger motors, 4s battery... I seriously can't see a downside, I'm sure Stu will cover it :)
Heavier, 4 in one ESC, and not pure carbon fiber, for more money. I´m not saying it is a bad buy, or a bad copter for the money, but I doné see it as such an easy pick.
I'm still rockin my trusty DomV2's with a LaForge V2. I've tried the HD2/3's and couldn't get on with them.. blurry edges. All other brands seem to be 16:9, which isn't for me. It's kinda furstrating that in three years, which in quad world is basically forever, there hasn't been anything I'd call a worthy upgrade :/ and yes that battery is almost insulting, WTF FS?
Haha, we have the Avegant Glyphs...sweet piece of tech by the way, Took the Dominator V3 HD's back, 600$ by the time you buy the receiver unit, honestly an obscene amount of money for what you actually get. I really think they have really fallen off of inovation the last two years. I totally agree that they will be overtaken by other companies in the next 5 years. We have the Quanum Cyclopes 2's, great entry level box goggle and honestly has to be one of the best for under 100 dollars. We also have the Skyzone 02S's which beat the Fatshark on every front, especially when it comes to image and they are almost half the money. A goggle should never loose contrast like the Fatsharks did. The ground would literally disappear. The 02S"s fed the same cams and settings and low and behold no ground black out. I need a display that will work with a broad range of cams. Micro's to runcam eagles, thank god we bought them from Amazon so we could take them back immediately with no fuss. We basically gave our Fatshark passports away as it had the picture of a potato....I would not even sell those as I would be washed with waves of guilt...lol I do agree that we need even more options out there. I mean this industry is big money and we need more innovators in the market. I also cant wait for more digital HD solutions to show up. I mean the only choice I have now is to wait for Connex Pro Sight V2 to come out and that is a sad place to be..... I want an HD feed in my life sooo bad.
Love my commanders but my little joystick buttons have come off randomly on the goggles. Have you seen this happen as well or know where to find replacement?
Waiting for my Aomways to ship but isn't it kinda wrong to say they support 4:3? I mean they've got 16:9 ress lens in them so really the only thing they can do is crop the image but you'd still be losing the height surely
I do imagine you'd be losing the extra height that 4:3 goggles can offer. For me, and I think many new pilots coming into the hobby, 16:9 is going to make more sense because widescreen displays are the norm now. I've always worked in 16:9 for video projects, it's what online players are running and what monitors are being sold with; however, FPV is different, so I would be curious to mess with some more 16:9 and 4:3 goggles to really discover if the height difference will affect my racing as my skills progress. I'm interested to see where 4:3 vs. 16:9 goes. - Hamish
I've only ever used 16:9 goggles myself, I've heard from few people they wouldn't use anything other then 4:3 for racing, I guess due to seeing more of the gate and ground so you can judge it better but I sorta do wonder if they're using it as a way to justify the $500 HD3 purchase
I'll try and get more info about it! I reckon I'd prefer 16:9 with a wider lens. Plus, my camera (the one I was flying on in the video) is 4:3, so I guess I'd get that same height only stretched. I do not notice the stretch.
Hey Stu. Thanks heaps for posting all of the great videos. I have just placed an order for the Aomway goggles. Congrats on reaching your 100,000 subscribers as well. I’m sure you must be ecstatic. Keep up the awesome work and I’ll definitely be watching all your new videos 🤘🏼
What vtx were you using on the copter? I'm running a Tramp HV and my picture quality on my Attitude v4s is crappy just like yours - full of white flashes. Might be a sync issue?
Wow, Stu! I just glanced at your subscribers button. 70k?!? The first UAVFutures video I saw was your giveaway to celebrate 10k subscribers. Pushing up to that Silver Play Button!! Congrats and keep it up!
One thing I did on my predators is the IPD is slightly off by like 1mm and the weight of the goggles made them droop down too much so one eye was always blurred so after weeks of trying foam etc I found the best and simplest fix was to put double sided tape in the nose groove so my nose took the weight of the goggles like glasses do, it took me ages to notice this was the issue.
I love my dom v3s ... has anything came out to compete with the dom v3s yet .. I spent 500.00 usd to get my module and cameras right for the 16:9 ..but I do love them
just wondering if anyone could help me! I have just ordered a wizard X220 and was wondering if a 1300Mah battery will work with it? I also order one of those 'rubish' chargers and a voltage bleeper alarm , I'm hoping they should be good to get me started.
Drone Hero's thanks. I am new to racing quads and it's my first racer, I'm familiar with toy drones and have flown the a lot so I'm familiar with the controls, but wanted to try out a fpv racer. so I ordered the Wizard x220 with a flysky reciver, an echine 00-7 fpv goggles with a triamph antenna. it comes with a 3s 1500mah. I also ordered a new spare battery which is a 1300mah 3s. ( the Wizard hasn't arrived yet)
My new HD3s come with similar problem but it was the ribbon cable between receiver module and main module that was loose.. Was an easy fix to do but come on fatshark.
The battery is let down... but there is the same plastic case just for two Li-ion bats ( 18650 Li-ion Headset Battery Case ) which is 10 times better , you can put in 2x 2500mAh and it work fine. I still have my old fatshark Dominator V2 since 2014 ( I bought diversity module and the fan attachment ) and I'm happy with them now, but when they break I'll go for Aomway
I have an old Fatshark Dominator-V1 -goggles only- with no receiver, antenna or battery. Has anyone tested both Dominator-V1 and any of the new HD type Fatshark or Eachine goggles to compare, especially visual-wise? Is it reasonable to buy accesories to my old goggles or buy a new one with a tight budget? Will I miss a lot with my old one?
Just repaired my old crappy lowres fatshark which were waiting for your video for about 2 years. Everywhere I read that if on LCD is white it is an lcd-driver failure. I contacted fatshark via email and had a conversation about that (they usually respond in 24hours) but all was useless and they suggest me to send it to the authorized service for repair. Btw which batteries would you suggest with same plug for Fatshark googles? Thanks a lot for your videos!
UAVfutures it's good to see you're still at it. I have hobby ADD, and tend to lose interest in things typically 6 weeks or so. Sometimes I lose interest during a long research phase...before I even make it to a purchase. I'm in the first step on the road to recovery, which is recognizing I have a problem. Actually I don't know if there is a cure for me, since there are no 12 step programs for Hobby ADD. I need help. Back to woodworking vids. :p
I'd like to try to the Aomway Commander to compare w/my FS Dominator HD V3 + LaForge Diversity. Based on price, features, and positive Commander reviews such as yours, I'm recommending a hard look at the Commander for a full featured goggle purchase.
Stew how's it going buddy.. Long time subscriber from Perth, like your content.. Racing quads fpv is something I'm looking forward to getting into soon.. Just wondering though.. Do you fly anything other than race quads? Cheers Dave
I fly with Skyzones and I feel like they are worthy of being added to this comparison but I would pick the commanders of the three you were suggesting.
great video as always stu, just wished you put in also the skyzone goggles in the comparison, I won't buy fatshark so i'm deciding between skyzone or aomway, any suggestion since you tried both?
What would you say in a comparance between Dom V3's with a True-D 3.5 module and the Commanders? I tried to get commanders but just couldnt find anywhere with them so bought the V3s and True-D. Then theres the part where i came from the VR D2's, and fly WAY better with them. Maybe i should have got the FS Transformer, do you think you will ever review those?? Thanks for everything you do Stu, have helped me spend so much money :o hahahahah
Thanks for the honest review stu, I own a pair of these and noticed bad signal like you experienced during the review and just though maybe it was maybe a faulty Antenna, but seeing this least I can save some money from troubleshooting and get a True D 3.5 module :). Keep up the work with the videos really enjoy them and the time/effort you put into them especially with having a little one recently know it's hard work alone without having to keep up the content on your channel :)
I am new to this hobby can some one tell me what Deversity is in plain English and what is the main advantage? Could you alao put a link in for the Armation head strap. Thanks
I don't know why any goggles need a LIPO. Wouldn't a Lithium Ion be lighter, provide adequate current, and leave all the charging and storage headaches behind?
The Commander Goggles do have a 4:3 version. Is this just a chopped image? How does the field of view in this mode compare to fatsharks? Questions over questions. For such a huge investment this is a minefield :D
Hey Stew...First off...Congratulations on the kid! I have a request...Could you do a best of in x price range video for goggles/faceboxes? So for example...Under $100 Under $250, Under $350 and Under $500, and then talk about which you would choose overall? Thank you for all that you do, and thanks in advance even if you don't do this.
Nice review mate. I think Josh Bardwell will be doing a direct comparison of the Aomway and these goggles soon. We'll see what his outcome is then Cheers
I have the Fatshark Dominator SE goggles and they came with the same 1000mah battery. It's terrible and only lasts me around half an hour at the most. Mine has an actual capacity of only 300mah from charged to LVC which gives me literally 10 seconds to land after the goggles begin beeping before they shut off. Will have to buy another different brand of battery once I get some more flight packs which is annoying for what I had to pay for the goggles.
are you quoting us dollar price even though you're an ozzy cause i'm seeing au$470 when i click your link. i am also an ozzy so i get confused real easy
hey, i got a problem with my quad if anyone will be willing to help. I have emax 2204 motors (i dug them up in the attic lol) and well, my quad isnt going nearly as fast as it should. I do a punchout and it doesnt go fast at all compared to my other quads. I know it must be a programming issue so can anyone tell me?
I want to start fpv flying but these set ups look like shit...i wouldnt be happy with all the lines in the feed. Looks terrible af. . I am really good at flying time to step it up...any recomendations anyone?
I've had the choise , I've chosed Attitude . At this moment there is special True-D receiver, that fits attitudes. Aomways got some negative feedback for the QC , they are quite often out of stock. Also today banggood ships them with 18650 case, which is great.
Thanks again for your great reviews Stew. On your recommendation I bought the Aomway commander. These are my first google and I think they are awesome! I would certainly recommend them to any first time fpv'er. Cheers!
Great review dude...always appreciate when people tell it how it 'actually' is!! Having said that I really like my HD V3's but just wondering...if you don't like the 1800mAh LiPo that comes with...what are the alternatives? Cheers
Fatshark in these only gives you a 1000mah. I like these ones for $7 and over twice as big 2200mah bit.ly/2sAtXtw it really shows you how much fatshark is just ripping us off with the battery when this is $7
If you fly quads then you should have more than enough batteries. By including a battery it can change the shipping method to most countries, so I would have to pay $25 DHL shipping if the product has a battery.
I hait Fatshark. Me and my Friends were into FPV from the get go, where people like us made their own headtracking devices, and then fatshark came out, first not just for fpv but later the Guy who owns Fatshark could not believe his luck!! He got very rich because the Only reliable googles out there were the Fatshark, everything else were BS!, Because of that Fatshark set not the standards, but fix the PRICES so that anyone coming into google business had to sell something which cost 50-100 dollars for 400-800 and sometimes even more!!!? This is DOUBLE STANDARD from Fatshark, to set the Prices so high that it nearly made it next to impossible for many people to own a good par of googles
Bought HD3s, completely blown away over the hype. "Immersive" my ass, box goggles are more immersive, I felt like I was watching a crappy 13" down a 20 foot hallway.
I'd rather have a slightly smaller picture than the massive border blur I have in my current HD2. I'll sell it and get the HD3 Core as soon as they are available here. Personal preference I guess.
I just picked up some HD3's, and I kind of had the same reaction. My goggles 2 are much more immesrsive, and more comfortable. The light weight fatsharks are very nice and I'm getting used to them fast. I like the better quality receivers and light weight.
If only the commanders had a 4:3 option. I have tried and just can't seem to adjust to 16:9, my eyes wander and I crash. However that size/profile with a DVR and the fact that it comes with a fan, battery, receiver, and has aftermarket diversity options makes it well worth the price in my opinion. Especially when compared to prices of other Fatshark goggles with said options. I feel the name matters when it comes to FPV as well. I just don't feel the competition has been in the game long enough to truly compare to the quality and longevity of Fatshark products. Hell, my Eachine VRD2s blew the reception, and video quality of my Teleporters out of the water, but after about 4 months they started freezing and frame lagging. The Teleporters had been used and abused for years before being passed down to me and are still running like a boss with tons of life left. Total comfort is only a bonus as well, no one set of goggles is going to be perfectly comfortable for everyone. And yes, ALL Fatshark batteries are crap. I use a no name 2s 1200mah with a jst/barrel adapter. Weighs less and lasts significantly longer as well for only being a 200mah difference. Not to mention I got 4 of them with chargers for $40 on amazon.
Fantastic review! I've been flying with Headplays for 2 years. I'm ready for something less bulky. I struggle with choosing between Aomway or Skyzone. Not sure the Skyzone price is justifiable compared to Aomways. cheers!
I was recently in the market for a second pair of googles. I really wanted the Aomways but they are never in stock and after being on a 3 different waiting list. I finally gave up up and just got another pair of fatsharks. And I think that's why fatshark remains dominate in this market despite them having descent competitors out there. Most of the time they are on pre-order are under restock and the stay that way for months at a time. Where as I can drive to any of my local RC shops and they have fatsharks just sitting on the shelf as whale as being very easy to find online.
Guys if you want some really awesome designs of them fabric straps for your goggles look up scuba diving mask straps, from what I can tell they are almost identical and there is hundreds of awesome designs out there you can bling up with. If you want you can even just get a padded strap cover and put it over your current strap!!
fatshark have been a disappointment for me since attitude v3's. expensive, modules are junk, adjustability is limited and expensive. the only thing others havent done is modules. that you could get 2.4 and other modules is the only redeeming feature of them.. cheers and thanks stu.
Stu, you did right to open it. That's the DIY spirit!! And most important >>> Now we know there is not gold inside fatshark goggles that justify the price. It is one big 4in² red board, a lot of resistors surrounded by plastic with nothing special on it. Makers must been very happy selling them :/
Definitely the Commanders. I own a pair and love them. The are not "Vaporware" you just need to wait it out and the goggles will get shipped. It took about 2.5 months to get mine

andree182 ikr. Sony is raping Canon and Nikon right now
Nicholas Heidl Futaba too :P
I would buy a Sony SLR camera if I wasn't so invested in canon lenses. Canon needs to step up their game.
mPky1 They, including Intel have been sitting on their arses whilst competition has caught up and in most cases caught up.
legend has it that 'aomway' is pronounced "I'm on me way"

is there a reason you bent the antenna and didn't use the included 90 degree angled adapter?
C. Lyons every connector you put in you Rx/Tx creates loss. like 1/2 a dB each. -3dB is half power....
My dom v3's were DOA. No image at all just a black screen. I sent them back to where I bought them and they found a display ribbon had come loose. Could be a similar problem with the one white screen.
Hey Stu the Eachine Wizard x220S is out!
It whould be awesome if you could review it :-)
and 5s
Not full carbon so theres tgat
Hi Stu
There is a firmware update for the Aomway commander goggles
Have you done this and if so What does this fix if anything at all
Cheers
I want an HD feed in my life sooo bad.
can you get them in lhcp or yet its another antenna to put on the bench ,not every one runs right hand
'Reviewer's curse' is probably more often the curse that you get a product that works, and everyone else gets one that doesn't.
I had a loose ribbon cable for my Hiee goggles too from the ax in/out board to the main board.
Love my commanders but my little joystick buttons have come off randomly on the goggles. Have you seen this happen as well or know where to find replacement?
Hey stew, could you recommend a replacement foam for the commanders that is better then the original
can you compare these to the dominator v3. They are close in price, would these be better than the V3's?
What antennas can make the V4 have better reception? Or module?
Hi, what antennas do you use at your Aomway commanders? Greetings Alex
Congrats and keep it up!
thanks for being with me since the 10k. seems crazy we are at 70k
Great video!
Is it possible to use the Aomways with DJI Spark?
why did you power on the goggles without the antenna connected? isn’t that bad
Are the Aomway compatible with the vortex quadcopter?
I really want to fly with u stew I got my first drone and I see u guys r at the Barwon river I hope to see ya there soon ;) before I crash it ahahaha
I love my dom v3s ... has anything came out to compete with the dom v3s yet .. I spent 500.00 usd to get my module and cameras right for the 16:9 ..but I do love them
do you sell the goggles after the videos or what do you do with them?
just wondering if anyone could help me!
( the Wizard hasn't arrived yet)
do the diversity module Furious True-D V3.5 Diversity Receiver System work with these?
My new HD3s come with similar problem but it was the ribbon cable between receiver module and main module that was loose.. Was an easy fix to do but come on fatshark.
could i buy the attitude v4 reciever and use it in my dominator v3?
Why no mention of the Skyzones? They have to be up there with the Aomways.
How is the lag on the DVR for the amways.
Do you no anywhere in Melbourne to buy aomway goggles?
I really like my Commanders but I have really bad audio with the DVR. Does anyone else have the issue, or know how to fix it?
does anyone know where i can buy a receiver module for this aomway commander goggle. i broke the sma connection on these goggles.
Thanks a lot for your videos!
hi .
I'm a little confused. what is the model that you normally you use? I shopping and I want to use what professionals use. Thanks
Mario Flores he uses those Commanders or the fatshark HD3
UAVfutures it's good to see you're still at it. I have hobby ADD, and tend to lose interest in things typically 6 weeks or so. Sometimes I lose interest during a long research phase...before I even make it to a purchase. I'm in the first step on the road to recovery, which is recognizing I have a problem. Actually I don't know if there is a cure for me, since there are no 12 step programs for Hobby ADD. I need help. Back to woodworking vids. :p
That Dude There I have the same thing my dude. Only thing that I’ve been doing the longest is rc and I’ve only been doing it since May
I'd like to try to the Aomway Commander to compare w/my FS Dominator HD V3 + LaForge Diversity.
Cheers Dave
not really but I want to try a wing one day
Spent $100 for some refurbished attitude v2's; couldn't be happier.
that armattan strap is a must have. I don't say that lightly, it makes the goggles waaaay way more comfortable.
There seems to be a problem purchasing these commander Aomway ,Everywhere seems to be out of stock and have been for months
Hey stew , Does the Aomway have the option for a fan
Quad Father 504 FPV it has a fan but it's underneath, right above your nose, works quite well and it's quiet.
Itza Bird oh ok thanks
What would you say in a comparance between Dom V3's with a True-D 3.5 module and the Commanders? I tried to get commanders but just couldnt find anywhere with them so bought the V3s and True-D.
Then theres the part where i came from the VR D2's, and fly WAY better with them. Maybe i should have got the FS Transformer, do you think you will ever review those??
Thanks for everything you do Stu, have helped me spend so much money :o hahahahah
stuuuu, could you please give a look at the eachine ev800d
Thanks for the review Stu. Really appreciate it. Wish I could find somewhere that had stock of the Aomways, I can't find anyone with stock..
Thanks
diversity has two ports. they receive independently then a computer decideds which is the best signal then shows you that one
ITM Samian cool thanks for the info
I don't know why any goggles need a LIPO. Wouldn't a Lithium Ion be lighter, provide adequate current, and leave all the charging and storage headaches behind?
The Commander Goggles do have a 4:3 version. Is this just a chopped image? How does the field of view in this mode compare to fatsharks?
Questions over questions. For such a huge investment this is a minefield :D
I fly like 5 packs per battery and have two, so I dont mind the battery?? Why does anyone hate them???
can u do the review of boscam gs922?
how do u hang ur drones on the walll
Yes Stew. Those batteries are total garbage. 18650 all day long, literally.
We'll see what his outcome is then
Cheers
I have the Fatshark Dominator SE goggles and they came with the same 1000mah battery. It's terrible and only lasts me around half an hour at the most. Mine has an actual capacity of only 300mah from charged to LVC which gives me literally 10 seconds to land after the goggles begin beeping before they shut off. Will have to buy another different brand of battery once I get some more flight packs which is annoying for what I had to pay for the goggles.
are you quoting us dollar price even though you're an ozzy cause i'm seeing au$470 when i click your link. i am also an ozzy so i get confused real easy
yes always $US
Hey Stew, if having all those goggles are gettin to heavy for you, I would love to retire my box goggles to a new pilot!! Lol
hey, i got a problem with my quad if anyone will be willing to help. I have emax 2204 motors (i dug them up in the attic lol) and well, my quad isnt going nearly as fast as it should. I do a punchout and it doesnt go fast at all compared to my other quads. I know it must be a programming issue so can anyone tell me?
Love the channel Stu watching from the UK and bought the Wizard kit to get into the drones because of you. Keep up the great work :-)
I actually enjoy my Atti V4s, because 16:9...meh.
To each their own I guess.
I like these ones for $7 and over twice as big 2200mah bit.ly/2sAtXtw it really shows you how much fatshark is just ripping us off with the battery when this is $7
I'm going for the aomway, one thing I should mention. The battery that comes with the fatsharks is better than no battery with the aomways ;)
If you fly quads then you should have more than enough batteries.
By including a battery it can change the shipping method to most countries, so I would have to pay $25 DHL shipping if the product has a battery.
the Aomways have a great battery lead that connects to any 2, 3 or 4s battery balance lead.
Aliexpress has the commanders in stock says on there site..
cant you better buy a dominator v3 ?
Bought HD3s, completely blown away over the hype. "Immersive" my ass, box goggles are more immersive, I felt like I was watching a crappy 13" down a 20 foot hallway.
I felt the same way when I got my Dom V3 but I got used to it after a few flights. It might be different for me since the Dom V3's are 16;9
I'd rather have a slightly smaller picture than the massive border blur I have in my current HD2.
Trev looks like Hank from Breaking Bad with those goggles on.
Not to mention I got 4 of them with chargers for $40 on amazon.
had the HD3's for AGES awaiting them to bring out the next evolution - not looking like it will happen for a while!
Fantastic review! I've been flying with Headplays for 2 years. I'm ready for something less bulky. I struggle with choosing between Aomway or Skyzone. Not sure the Skyzone price is justifiable compared to Aomways. cheers!
Greg Patterson Skyzone is 345 at banggood now
Ohhhh....yes. Both the Skyzone and Aomway are $459 Canadian. That's not too bad at all.
If you want you can even just get a padded strap cover and put it over your current strap!!
hey Stu love the vids, can you do a vid on Spektrums goggles made by Fat Shark?
fatshark have been a disappointment for me since attitude v3's.
expensive, modules are junk, adjustability is limited and expensive.
the only thing others havent done is modules. that you could get 2.4 and other modules is the only redeeming feature of them..
cheers and thanks stu.
Stu, you did right to open it. That's the DIY spirit!! And most important >>> Now we know there is not gold inside fatshark goggles that justify the price. It is one big 4in² red board, a lot of resistors surrounded by plastic with nothing special on it. Makers must been very happy selling them :/
This happened to me on my dominator HD and i ended up buying another one since no support from fatshark.
Seriously considering those Commanders. loving the reviews as ever Stu!
Definitely the Commanders. I own a pair and love them. The are not "Vaporware" you just need to wait it out and the goggles will get shipped. It took about 2.5 months to get mine
