Riot Games: "We kinda screwed the Ruined King up. You know, the most important character in the lore right now." "Should we...try again?" "Yeah let's do it again!"
It would cost them way too much money and resources to make the same mistake again, when it comes to money, they know that they can't make the same mistake twice
“There is great power in a true name” said the woman named “Nilah” who had her true name wiped from history and sold her soul to Ashlesh. Doesn’t sound like things will end well.
Tahm Kench is practically an authority in Bilgewater. In the rest of Runeterra would be feared as a demon. In Bilgewater he is treated how a good usurer compared to the average. What a region.
I just realized that, if Nilah's development been going on for a couple of years, her kit might have been an easter egg in Sett's color story as the 9th whip blade user that "must've been just added to the count" mentioned in the argument between him and the Flayer.
I want to see that too so badly. But as the prophecy says , I he was to ever again fully return to the land of the living , he would conquer the world in a blink. NOONE can stop him. The power that Viego posessed that Thresh stole is nothing but a mere joke to him. He would unleash death upon everyone. Including the Void, Thresh, the Sentinels of Light, the Ascended , and most importantly, maybe even the Aspects. He is more powerfull than all "Primordial Demons" combined. So he is just too OP to make it into a Riot event, there is no one that could face him, not even Kindred , or death itself can stop him.
When Fiddlesticks got his rework, wasn't it mentioned in the lore that there are countless stories of Fiddlesticks all over the world? Connecting that to how the elder demons are not able to act, maybe the Elder Demon of Fear was split up into fragments that were scattered all over the world. From time to time one of those awakes, spreads fear and horror before it's banished again. And the Fiddlesticks we know of right now is a fragment that awoke in Demacia. Once all the fragments can combine again, the Elder Demon of Fear can reawaken. That's would explain how he is banished while Fiddle is not.
Bro what is this Fragments theory going about. Its extremely simple as a story. Fiddlesticks is an ancient horror roaming the world doing his thing. And after he leaves a land his fear stays behind. So every culture has a legend of him. The different versions are just either what stuff is around when fisdlesticks manifests when he wants to feed. Or just like Greek myths, the local people change the story over time to fit the culture or simplify it to tell it to children. It's always been pretty straight forward as a story. I dont know where this "fragment" theory came from
Doesn't make sense cuz when Nilah encounters fiddlesticks on rift she directly calls him "lord of fear" and she calls demons "lords". Good theory though, at the end maybe im one who is wrong
@@yareyaredaz3522 It's because his behaviour doesn't make any sense otherwise. He's supposed to be one of the ten Elder Demons. Mighty beings stronger than Viego and probably as strong as the Aspects. But all he does is sit in the Demacian country side and slaughter some villages. If he's truely as powerful as Nilah makes him out to be, how come the country isn't drowing in fear? If such a threat emerged, why would Nilah still sit in Bilgwater? It just makes no sense. Therefore there needs to be a reason why Fiddle isn't at the height of his strenght. Some of his power is still sealed away. And one logical way why only part of him is awake, is if he was split up. And scattering the pieces far away from each other make sense if you want to prevent them from ever coming together again. But of course it's just a theory. It could be that it is just like you said. But considering the demons seem to get built up to be a big threat in the future, Fiddles story seems almost to simple and straight forward. Just like the Void was expanded in who they are and what they do when they started to become a big and immediate threat (Bel'Veth) I find it likely that something similar will be done for the Demons. And Fiddle will be at the core of any big event involving the Demons.
@@nickfurryremixes2683 True, enough. Though Riot has already held back ingame voicelines before to not spoil that much so I wouldn't put it past them to do it again. But I admit, the theory is standing on wobbly legs.
I had hoped that if anyone was bringing him back it would be Mordekaiser. Like he found out he was defeated and since Morde pretty much commands the death realm there's a way for him to communicate with Viego because of his connection to the black mist, and then he could promise him great power to take revenge if he worked for him or something along those lines.
As much as I would love this I don't think is possible for them to be friends;allies since viego holds the someone in between a state of life and death making them a thrall and kaiser commands souls that have die. To me at least it seems like viego prevents kaiser from gaining power and kaiser could hold souls which viego could use to power his army.
I think thats gonna happen with Thresh. He is currently in Noxus after all and I cant think of anything other than Mordekaiser that can interest Thresh.
I feel like no one talks about how extremely creepy and merciless Nilah is. I know that mercenaries who came for her were not good people, but holy shit she just cut though them like animals. This is some Homelander style shit
she just feels good about everything, she literally cannot feel guilt or empathy of any kind and just feels overwhelming bliss in everything she does, good or bad
@@yvsdaddy6662 That doesn't really mean he is beaten once and for all, it's just that his goals are going to change, and now will want revenge. Gonna be interesting to see viego now that he is fully aware that Isolde doesn't care about him anymore. I do wish they spent more time showing us each part of Runeterra thoroughly, so we can see the ruination's influence in the different places around runeterra, instead of just being in the background like they were in during the last sentinels event
@@pwpqwq7648 Honestly I think you doubt just how much in denial he is. He is still going to think his wife loves him no doubt, and will want to avenge her. Think the "You turned her against me!" From Anikin in Star Wars. It makes no sense when you think about it for more than 5 seconds, but that's 5 more seconds than the irrational accuser is thinking. Viego is bound by his love, it isn't ever going away, it only gets stronger and more obcessive.
@@Ninjer Because despite reading dozens of Star Wars books I still can't spell his name for s*** it seems. As much as I like playing Pin The Blame On The Country, that one's on me. Edit: Although why is his nickname "Ani" then? I feel like George Lucas himself is going out of his way to screw with me, and all I can say to him is- honestly? Good job, very good payoff, makes the entire prequel trilogy worth it. (Not that it wasn't already great)
Nilahs character design would be more endearing to me if the in-game mannerisms i.e. her voice over and her taunts/interactions reflected the creepy cheerfulness a **lot** more. As it stands she has the pyke problem where the character we get in-game and the one we see in supplemental material are effectively two different people with one being way more interesting than the other.
@@Vizible21 not necessarily jinx is unhinged Nilah is more composed I just wish that the sense of unease she has in her lore was more evident in the way she speaks
@@Vizible21 Actually would be super different. Despite being cheerful often Jinx does show a full range of emotions, even if a little stunted at times. Nilah on the other hand has no other emotions and will come off as very very uncanny, throwing your entire ability to read people for a loop since she literally can’t be read. Jinx and Nilah make you feel uncomfortable in very different ways due to this.
Mmm, disagree. Nilah's lines ARE creepy. Most of everything she says hints towards her actually being a monster, but her tone is so gleeful/non-chalant that it's very unsettling
So, he's going to escape because the magic that bound him is weakening. When Gwen said " Only a seamstress with equal or greater power to my own can free him" I assumed that meant Riot was, in the future, going to introduce another seamstress champion or a champion with similar abilities and they were going to free Viego.
It’s possible Gwen doesn’t know the magic is weakening, which means her statement is still true, only a seamstress can undo the spell, but time can weaken it
I would like to see Viego coming back as a necessary evil to stop bigger threats and become sort of an anti-hero character, as he could have some kind of character development as in regards to leaving his obsession with Isolde behind and honoring her memory by redeeming himself.
That would be kinda cool indeed. "You must be truly desperate, to come to me for help." I dont know if it would be possible for Viego to overcome his obsession with Isolde, as i see it as big part of his character. And also, he would never help the "heroes" if they asked, the way i see it, he would only aid them against say Bel'veth, because she threatens to consume every last echo and memory of Isole from the world. I could see Viego panic at such a revalation, and then go berserk against Bel'veth's void with his Black Mist army.
Exactly what I was thinking. I would really love to see Viego redemption arc, where he helps to stop some world-ending event (Mordekaiser perhaps 🤔) and then finally finds piece and reunites with Isolde in death.
I imagine most people would find Nilah disconcerting after a while. Also, those mercenaries were pretty dumb... I wouldn't want to pick a fight with someone this seemingly crazy who runs around killing sea serpents.
I think fiddlesticks isn't sealed or banished right now. Instead, I believe he is the most recent primal demon to have been awakened or summoned, which is why he behaves the way he does and has no real understanding of what is happening around him other than his need for fear, unlike Ashlesh who is known to plot and was imprisoned thousands of years prior, likely when he was at his full power. Maybe when fiddlesticks encounters the ruination that could change and he would fully unlock his strength.
what is my quetion is what about Tahm he is subject to the black mist on a yearly basis, Evelynn hungers for agony wouldn't the black mist satisfy her needs and more from all the suffering of damned souls? it is like the runewars but iternal . and it extended to all runeterra impoosible she wasn't a subject either.
Probably not. Fiddles story is of a primal demon that is pure instinct. He has no personality. He isnt a person. And when ever he is hungry or feels like spreading terror he does. In the stories fiddle is more like a Natural Disaster. He just happens to the world. And he doesnt need to use all his power because he dosnt have anything in his way to top him. He just does as he pleases stalking his pray and murdering them to death. Fiddle is meant to be like Eldritch Horror that cant be understood. Not a character like Eve or Tahn Kench
the demons exite me the most because no one really knows how powerful they truly are they could even rival the gods, beat darkins or even beat mordekaiser no one really knows cuz they are sealed away. Also if fiddlesticks is only a portion of the primal demon of Fear, the demon would be fucking insane so interesting for the lore and maybe future events
The fun part of Demon storyline is their nature. They are predictable. They could make them extremely powerful but yet there will always be a way to fight against then because they are ine dimensional. Evelyn will always go after Lust. Fiddlesticks will always try to Terrify his prey before attacking etc.
We know they're at least somewhat on par with the Aspects as they seem to have warred with each other in the past...which is what led to their banishment, and the Aspects understanding they need to remain banished because they know of no real way of actually killing them. IF THAT'S true, then the only 2 type of beings that would be above the Primal Demons in power are the Primordial Elder Gods (Watchers) and the Celestials (Sol & Bard etc), with the Aspects at least having knowledge on how to BIND the Primal Demons
Fiddlesticks’ lore is intentionally ambiguous, but if he ever was sealed, it’s likely that the seal was broken by the young mage in a tower referenced at the start of his bio. Furthermore, there are other references to the fact that he’s the only one not sealed, particularly the “Ten Great Kings” poem. He’s the “one left to scratch upon their mounds” (i. e. Burial mounds, referencing them being sealed and Fiddlesticks still roaming around in the world “above” them)
What if the true fiddlesticks is the demon in the cage, technically he is sealed, but still have some influence over things around him or interact with them, such as creating a body from a scarecrow. That may explain why such a powerful demon is only going around hunting people for their fear rather than doing something much worse. Just a theory of course.
Or maybe the true Fiddle was split into fragments that were scattered all over the world. Those fragments awake from time to time and spread chaos until somebody defeats them. That could be the reason why there are stories featuring him from all over the world.
@@thunderstorm8007 or it could be that nilah simply isn't aware that fiddlesticks is free, the reason why he keeps hunting people with a scarecrow body is because it's the best way to make they shit their pants from fear, remember also that demons are not like people, they have no real personality, they behave much more like animals, they just do what they need to do in order to cause their victims to strongly feel the emotion they feed off, that's probably the reason why fiddle has no personality at all, he doesen't need one to scare people
The story set Nilah's mannerism and character more by showing what its like to have an encounter with her (and not die) and it confirmed Viego coming back. I like it!
my bet would be that she's gonna fight Bel'Veth, there isn't too much to support this, but Bel'Veth did say in her story with Kai'Sa: "Perhaps, in that time, you will find a weapon that can slay me, or a hero who can face me. You will not... but you can try. I offer one chance. It is more than they will give you." And Nilah's whole schtick is that she slays monsters of incalculable size easily, and is even compared to Aspects and Demigods. So, putting the Empress of the Void against The Joy Unbound wouldn't be too far of a stretch
"And Nilah's whole schtick is that she slays monsters of incalculable size easily" You say that, but Olaf does that on a daily already. and so does illaoi, and many other champs really... Nilah's powers, just like swains, comes from a demon and it seems that demon has a binding contract with her. even if its a prime demon i dont think its enough to just 1v1 bel'veth. I think the weapon would most likely be either Viego or a aspect. Viego is likely because bel veth and Viego's goals will inevitably intercept because Viego would obviously not allow bel'veth to get in his way of reviving or finding the shattered queen, and the only way that will happen is finding akshan and the absolver. both of which are in shurima, a place connected to the void. I do think the true threat are the demons tho. It seems bel veth can atleast be reasonable as she is giving the humans a "chance" to defeat her. Something like fiddlesticks and nocturne will be completely unreasonable. Zoe still has fiddles key aswell, so her "message" she keeps forgetting to deliver is not about the void or the Ruination or even the Darkin, its about the prime demons. All of them are pure evil created by the humans themselves. I dont think the aspects see the void as a threat considering sol can seal them up any time he wants if he wasnt out for revenge on runterra and all.
@@ntkn The point of Nilah however is that she is composing her own epic. She wants to be regarded as one of the world's most legendary warriors in all of its history. Think Hercules, or David who slayed Goliath with his sling. AND I HARD disagree that a Primal Demon isn't enough to take Bel'Veth. It's pretty much insinuated that the Primal Demons are on par with the Aspects. We don't have much context to go off of for them YET, but it's been hinted that the Aspects were at war with the Primal Demons MANY times. Bel'Veth, while powerful, is ONLY powerful because theoretically, she can limitlessly grow stronger after devouring. The more of reality she devours, the stronger she gets. That said, she is NOWHERE near the power of an Aspect, otherwise her invasion of reality would basically be the intro of many of the Aspects getting involved. Canonically, I'd say the power scaling of the characters we know about would be something like this: Watchers > Celestials > Aspects = Primal Demons > Darkin > Ascended ≥ Strong Voidborn ≥ Demigods > Iceborne = Special Weapon Wielders (like Sivir, Ezreal, Irelia for example) > Everyone else. OBVIOUSLY some individuals who are exceptionally strong in their respective realm could be ANYWHERE on this list...like Ryze with the World Runes would probably be comparable to the Darkin, despite not falling into any categories of any of the listed beings; and SOME Darkin were powerful enough to slay SOME Aspects, so particularly POWERFUL Darkin would be > WEAKER Aspects. This power scaling list obviously can't be taken literally 10/10 times, as there is always an exception to the rule within universe, but for the most part, this could be close to true, at least from what we know about each of the beings on the hierarchy. Other noteworthy individuals that would be quite powerful, but NOT fall into any of the above categories are Mordekaiser, Viego, Illaoi, Vladimir, LeBlanc, Syndra, Sona and well....you get the picture. These are characters that are EXCEPTIONALLY powerful and are either exploited as weapons, manipulate whole nations and historical events, or are serious world-level threats. Bel'Veth being the most POWERFUL Voidborn we know about, she MIGHT be on par with the Ascended NOW and has potential of becoming as strong as the Watchers and even stronger still, but there's no way that will happen because she needs to devour everything for that kind of power to be achieved. Bel'Veth would be above someone like Ornn or Volibear, however, because it's implied that Bel'Veth is stronger than Lissandra and we KNOW that the Demigods of the Wild North are stronger than Lissandra too. Bottom line though? Without being able to consume MOST of everything, I simply don't see Bel'Veth holding a candle to an Aspect/Primal Demon. They're just way too powerful and the two type of beings that are above Aspects and Primal Demons are LITERALLY Primordial Elder Gods that predate all of reality. So BECAUSE Nilah has Ashlesh, Lord of Bliss, who IS a Primal Demon within her, I think that @Gr4ve might be onto something. If not Bel'Veth, another character in lore similar to her in threat would be an EXCELLENT target for Nilah and writing her own epic. Whether or not it will happen is another story...because slaying Bel'Veth really seems to be more of a Kai'Sa mission....but to @Gr4ve's point, Bel'Veth taunts Kai'Sa in finding a weapon or a hero capable of slaying her...so there is an interesting subtle hint to that there. Either way, if Nilah and Bel'Veth meet, I really don't think it would be much of a match, canonically speaking. Nilah's demon would just be leagues above Bel'Veth in power
They are bringing Viego back because bringing Mordekaiser would mean killing half the cast of League. side note: Imagine Thresh and Mordekaiser as StarScream and Megatron, one plotting and betraying the big bad guy multiple times just to see how the big bad guy just keeps doing his thing unharmed.
I think with the Black Mist, Viego is pretty up there in power. Mordekaiser might be stronger in lore, but I don’t think it would be a total wash between the two. I mean…they had to seal Viego, just as they had to seal Mordekaiser to stop him. Mordekaiser was a legendary warrior who created the Immortal Bastion and was too angry to die, so he became the God of the Dead. Viego was a legendary King of a legendary kingdom that wielded a legendary blade that was said to be able to enslave all of Runeterra, and then he was amped a few hundred times by dark magics that birthed the black mist and allowed him to control it, creating undead by anything he or it touches. Mordekaiser made the world tremble before him. Viego made the world tremble before him. Mordekaiser has legions of the dead who serve him. Viego has legions of the undead who serve him. Yeah. They’re both examples of the most powerful individuals in lore beyond the Primal Demons, Aspects, Darkin, and Elder Gods. And aside from the Darkin, those are all characters that I would put Mordekaiser and Viego below. I do think they’re more powerful than the Darkin though
Thank god! It would just be embarrassing to leave his lore ended in the way that it was. Even the last ruination video did him so dirty (my man looked like such a creep). Also, now there’s hope for Isolde!!! Edit: hope that she’ll become a playable champion
Good point. I've always thought that for a primal demon of great power, using a scrappy scarecrow looking thing is kind of cheap to make people afraid. But if the full power is sealed and fiddlestick is like a finger outside the bar then it would make sense that fiddle is trying to get more power to burst out
Everyone likes to talk big game about Morde "showing up and everyone suddenly poops their pantaloons aaaah scary", but they forget that he's in basically the same situation as Viego. He's being trapped and can't come to the mortal realm because of LeBlanc. He controls death but yet there are so many beings that function outside of death. The demons, the Celestials, the Darkin, Kindred, Akshan's Absolver, basically everyone connected to the Shadow Isles, Ivern, Yone, the spirits, Pyke, Nautilus, obviously the Void, Sion and maybe even Olaf (?). I love Mordekaiser as much as the next guy, but him showing up would not be nearly as big a deal as people hype it up to be.
Even if i dont like the frankly stupidly op powerlevel Nilah has, power that i personally dont feel a "normal/mortal person" should be able to posses, let alone wield, i suppose Ashlesh does put it into perspective just how powerful the primordial demons are. If Ashlesh's power can make Nilah powerful enough to one-shot Bilgewater's sea monsters, we can only imagine just how insanely strong Fiddlestick would be, should it decide to go full power.
I feel the same thing it feels like they are doing the usual "new character supper strong pls like them". That said Nilah in my head is written as a Villain not a hero or anti hero. She's serving and Elder Demon and she calls them Lord's, she's their servant/priestess. If anything I have a feeling that she will be the stories villain eventually
@@fabiomp199 Im not sure i agree with that. Her lore has stated The Seventh Layer, the order she is part of, is dedicated to keeping Ashlesh locked up, imprisoned under the Kathkani capital. She uses his power, with the price being that she can literally only feel joy about everything, and the demon gets her soul when she dies. I suppose you could consider Nilah a priestess, but she really doesnt want to see Ashlesh, or any of the primordial demons, free again.
To be fair, Nilah isn't exactly mortal anymore. She completely gave herself over to Ashlesh, however, I personally believe her lore/story point to her somehow tricking him so she can utilize his power in life before she truly becomes his in death.

Nilah is just female Alastor in Runeterra. - Always happy yet creepy. - Probably made a pact with a devil to gain a lot of power. - Nobody knows where they came from. - Incredibly powerful. - Takes joy on destroying large powerful beings. - Has some kind of disturbingly strange wisdom. - Appears to be respectful YET is able to kill anyone incredibly easily. - Most probably will help with the protagonists (sentinels) for their own gain.
Wait I think Nilah just confirmed that Hecarim staying in Demacia is what woke Fiddlesticks. He's in Demacia in his trailer and he's referred to as the "First of Ten" meaning that when the 10 demons wake he's the first. So we're gonna be seeing more primal demons soon (tm) probably.
@@zyibesixdouze4863 but wasnt primal demon of joy still sealed? And consider this too, fiddlesticms has a cage, that means fiddle isnt truly freed, maybe the key who zoe stole was the key to unlock fiddles cage, and maybe there is a key to freeing ashlesh too, idk just speculation
@@zyibesixdouze4863 We dont actually know that. Nilah proclaims herself as part of the seventh layer, the place meant to keep him sealed, so it's possible the order of the seventh layer offer a person's name to the demon every few millennia to sap its power and keep it from stirring.
I don't think that fiddlesticks is just a part of the demon of fear. I think that Nilah simply doesnt know yet that lord of fear is awake and terrorizing demacian outskirts
It might be that fiddlesticks being a scarecrow monster IS it's method of containment, basically being reduced to an animal so that while not fully sealed away, it's less powerful than it once was when it could still make conscious thought.
I was hoping the next world ending event is Mordekaiser as we got lore from Rell. We can get more champs from Ravenbloom Academy all trying to fight back Mordekaiser.
Honestly when it comes to her design i think she is supposed to be bland on purpose she had her name, her history ripped from the world by the demon of joy she is a classic case of don't judge a book by its cover since she knows and understands a lot of what is happening ie the ruination, Vasni magic, her knowledge of the aspects, and freljordian gods to scratch the surface. Yeah she is kinda broken in game but i love her in lore.
I think you're onto something...considering "Nilah" could even be construed as being short for "Va...nilla" as in bland, unphenominal, sorta straightforward in name...and why would you want something to be so uninteresting or lack substance? Maybe if you were (canonically speaking) delivering a Trojan horse, that on the outside, looks like nothing more than a statue while inside, there's something much bigger.
There has being always something buzzing me. Is the magic of the BOTRK Ochnun? Arent the demons somehow controlled or sumoned as guardian dogs by Mordekaiser? The whole research about demons is from old noxus, Raum was warding the Inmortal bastion secrets. Also a quote from morde to ruined mist monsters "The same magic that chains you to this realm frees me to walk between." Isnt mordekaiser the biggest nilah fear? Even if nilah mock him to be afraid of death, "names hold power over things" ans she call him "Sahn-Uthal", but we know that doesnt work on him anymore (its mentioned in his bio i think) as he is now owner of his name "Mordekaiser". I think the fact that she fear the demons, mock Sahn-Uthal and that not everyone is terrified to the core about morde, is becouse they dont know. We know form an omniscient narrator but only Mordekaiser and the souls he dragged with him knows About Mitna Racknoon and his plans. P.S: If riot mmo doesnt have a juggernaut class using a 2h Mace with a cosmetic shadow isles skin ill be pissed
I’m not sure if it was intentional or not, but Graves replacing his cigar with a toothpick is actually a fairly common method smokers often use to help kick old habits. I just assumed it was replaced because of censorship but either way it’s a cool detail
i think maybe fiddlesticks is the Full Demon of Fear, But still partially banished, as in: since he is the Most Powerfull demon, maybe , he was able to slowly break his seal over time, leaving him in a semi-free´d state, where he can affect the Things around him, like for example, build himself a body to move around but cant leave the cage (or Cages since his death animation shows him getting out and put in another cage) he was sealed in completly.
Oh boy, when they begin to bring back old ennemies for whatever reason it never looks bright, star wars is prime example. I guess Viego will be beaten by the power or frienship and godmode once again
Nilah's lore is already feeding me new ways to improve or expand Bionaca's lore, especially the part where Bionaca frees Viego from his prison to use him to end the world... But that could be me being fascinated with Nilah's lore to use her as another form of conflict for Bionaca's story, aside from Seraphine being the key point to Bionaca's madness... (But enough of me rambling, nice vid!)
If all Riot does between now and the eventual release of an MMO is focus on building out their world and story for it then I'm 10,000% on board. The only reason World of Warcraft was so powerful an MMO was the *huge* world building that had already been done in the minds of Warcraft fans over more than a decade before WoW.
Key difference is that they still treated Palpatine as a big deal, here Nilah is basically laughing at Viego and if the lore is anything to go by she'd fold him like a beach chair.
It would be awsome if Viego could come back as this anti-hero character. Not exactly giving up his obsession, but kinda restraints himself a bit. Because if he does end up as this anti-hero. He could be a great asset to a bigger threat to come to Runeterra.
oh and viego test us to know if we are worthy of his power and some of us coming back in his mist rebel and gain our control back over our minds and help others to finally kill him then there must always be a ruined king
You would think Nilah is acting like a hero by stopping the bad guy for sure this time. Yet, it seems that she and Asleesh are more interested in stopping another ruination so the other primordial demons, who can actually be a threat to them, never wake up. Demons don't share, Asleesh just wants all for itself
If viego coming back then that means they prepare something big for yorick and we actually going to see he's story, I hope, I had hopes on the first one I still do for the next, but this is riot we are talking about soo I hope they get some brains after the hate they receive from the ruination
I am a bit late to the party and i Dont know if he came up with it already but isnt Tham Kench also one of the 10 Kings. Cause Tham Kench says when he is logged in "Call me King, Call me Demon."

Mordekaiser for Legends of Runeterra. I wanna see what the death realm looks like.
I don't really think that Morde should get an event soon. I want an event related to him in the MMO instead.
Morde needs his own riot forge game
@@b4l4zsv1ncz3 Where was that prophecy mentionned?
Ooh, I like that. Now, what if the key Zoe stole from Fiddle was a key to where another fragment was located?
HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO TEACH YOU THIS LESSON OLD MAN
I had hoped that if anyone was bringing him back it would be Mordekaiser. Like he found out he was defeated and since Morde pretty much commands the death realm there's a way for him to communicate with Viego because of his connection to the black mist, and then he could promise him great power to take revenge if he worked for him or something along those lines.
with thresh possibly making it's way to mordekaiser
it's concerning what's going to happen
I hope mordekaiser takes advantage of the shadow isle's abundance of souls for his ideal afterlife, no more shadow isle's, hellooo brazil
Morde only controls his dimension, not the overall realm of death.
I feel like no one talks about how extremely creepy and merciless Nilah is. I know that mercenaries who came for her were not good people, but holy shit she just cut though them like animals. This is some Homelander style shit
Her default and only emotion is "Joy" so you're right about her being merciless lol
she just feels good about everything, she literally cannot feel guilt or empathy of any kind and just feels overwhelming bliss in everything she does, good or bad
The story connects so much things holy. The transition from Ruination to Demon awakening is so good.
I had a feeling he might come back. The ruination ended so anticlimatically it almost felt intentional. Not to mention he was only sealed, not beaten
He was beated his wife is gone forever now
@@yvsdaddy6662 That doesn't really mean he is beaten once and for all, it's just that his goals are going to change, and now will want revenge.
At first Graves, like most of league's player base, has been avoiding Nilah (by banning her in 99% of games)

I would like to see Viego coming back as a necessary evil to stop bigger threats and become sort of an anti-hero character, as he could have some kind of character development as in regards to leaving his obsession with Isolde behind and honoring her memory by redeeming himself.
Nice idea,i would love to see this happening because he is just a simp right now…
That would be kinda cool indeed.
Bel'veth's interaction with viego gives me hope
Exactly what I was thinking. I would really love to see Viego redemption arc, where he helps to stop some world-ending event (Mordekaiser perhaps 🤔) and then finally finds piece and reunites with Isolde in death.
Isolde’s honor? She’s a bitch, bro.
Viego needs to move on with his life.
I imagine most people would find Nilah disconcerting after a while. Also, those mercenaries were pretty dumb... I wouldn't want to pick a fight with someone this seemingly crazy who runs around killing sea serpents.
Also laughing while killing that's just creepy
@@ahmedaziz4292 Evelyn and Tahm Kench are not primal demons and the´re very awake and have been for a long time.

@@yareyaredaz3522 evelynn + viego pog??
@@thunderstorm8007 Zoe probably has the key to free it then
Or maybe the true Fiddle was split into fragments that were scattered all over the world. Those fragments awake from time to time and spread chaos until somebody defeats them. That could be the reason why there are stories featuring him from all over the world.
@@thunderstorm8007 or it could be that nilah simply isn't aware that fiddlesticks is free, the reason why he keeps hunting people with a scarecrow body is because it's the best way to make they shit their pants from fear, remember also that demons are not like people, they have no real personality, they behave much more like animals, they just do what they need to do in order to cause their victims to strongly feel the emotion they feed off, that's probably the reason why fiddle has no personality at all, he doesen't need one to scare people

my bet would be that she's gonna fight Bel'Veth, there isn't too much to support this, but Bel'Veth did say in her story with Kai'Sa: "Perhaps, in that time, you will find a weapon that can slay me, or a hero who can face me.
"And Nilah's whole schtick is that she slays monsters of incalculable size easily"
You say that, but Olaf does that on a daily already. and so does illaoi, and many other champs really...
Canonically, I'd say the power scaling of the characters we know about would be something like this:
Watchers > Celestials > Aspects = Primal Demons > Darkin > Ascended ≥ Strong Voidborn ≥ Demigods > Iceborne = Special Weapon Wielders (like Sivir, Ezreal, Irelia for example) > Everyone else.

@Necrit yo
They'll monetize that cosmetic on the store lol
Nilah Seemingly Sacraficed all earthly attachments and emotions , for the power to slay beasts much larger than her
Dang ur thumbnail makes me wheezzeee so much and imagine nilah strangling viego's neck like that😂
Viego: _Comes back_
Nilah: *_Cracks her whip_*
Viego: _Nopes the fuck out_
Viego: I have a wife thank you very much!!
Ah Disney did to this to Star Wars and sure it ain’t gonna end well
Ah, yeah, Viego coming back, can’t wait for the moment when he says “it’s simping time” and kicks everyone’s ass
So Nilah was the jar-weilding many handed ex TF mentioned in their partner story a while back
I finally broke down and read this story myself this morning, now here I am listening to the video anyway. Because Necrit does it better ❤
How does riot have the audacity to call Nilah’s outfit armor? What does it protect? Collar bone?
Her dignity... maybe?
Of course Graves would pawn his wraith killing light gun.
Shaco should have been the demon of joy.
ikr
I’m not sure if it was intentional or not, but Graves replacing his cigar with a toothpick is actually a fairly common method smokers often use to help kick old habits. I just assumed it was replaced because of censorship but either way it’s a cool detail
6:54 "There is great power in a true name" is this because of what happens when you expose a demon's name? That's an interesting line.
I think it’s referring to how she gave up her name and past when she sold her would you ashlesh
I feel like possibly shaco could also be from where viego is from.
i think maybe fiddlesticks is the Full Demon of Fear, But still partially banished, as in: since he is the Most Powerfull demon, maybe , he was able to slowly break his seal over time, leaving him in a semi-free´d state, where he can affect the Things around him, like for example, build himself a body to move around but cant leave the cage (or Cages since his death animation shows him getting out and put in another cage) he was sealed in completly.
well u could say fiddle is banished i guess since hes locked up in the cage
I'm starting to believe Malcolm Graves is the actual main character of the lol Universe
Bel'Veth: No human can defeat me
Nilah: Cool story bro
Another banger, another banger from Necrit from Ruined King
If all Riot does between now and the eventual release of an MMO is focus on building out their world and story for it then I'm 10,000% on board. The only reason World of Warcraft was so powerful an MMO was the *huge* world building that had already been done in the minds of Warcraft fans over more than a decade before WoW.
This has the same vibe as "somehow, Palpatine returns" BS. Good shit, Riot. Very cool
Key difference is that they still treated Palpatine as a big deal, here Nilah is basically laughing at Viego and if the lore is anything to go by she'd fold him like a beach chair.
woudlnt be surprised if they somehow managed to insert nilah, viego and some sentinels into the void event of killing the watchers.
happy if Viego will come back
No shot riot is doing all of this to make even more sentinel skins in the future
love ur vids man thanks for everything
6 years was oddly specific. Necrit... do you know something we don't know about the MMO?
he could have said any reasonably long amount of time and it would have sounded just as oddly specific lol
16:00 I'd say it is probably Senna
Also sword hilt spawning magical blade was an idea i also had since highschool so obviously Riot was not first uwu
They really need to bring justice to the narrative
why do i feel like as more "unique" characters come out "unique" is becoming more normal with in lol
After this story When she smiles all the time is like she is the Joker.
I think Vayne is the sentinel that Nilah looks for because she wants to help resolve the Evelynn problem...
From evelyns cards now we know that stronger demons can have leser demons in control and they can feed from them
The ruination cant not end.... Not yet!
If Viego comes back maybe they can fix the ruination event
Wish if shaco get a vgu rework and LoR rework I wish he will be those primordial demos especially demon of anger.
6 years? my god!
"How big does it get 🤩✨" - nilah
yup thats not a staff inserting inuendos 😂
Couldn't she be looking for Pyke in Bilgewater, since he was the only other Bilgewater Sentinel?
If viego coming back then that means they prepare something big for yorick and we actually going to see he's story, I hope,
I had hopes on the first one I still do for the next, but this is riot we are talking about soo I hope they get some brains after the hate they receive from the ruination
Great content as usual!
if viego comes back hed be more pissed then ever allmost riving isolde and failing maybe now he will have a new goal
I am a bit late to the party and i Dont know if he came up with it already but isnt Tham Kench also one of the 10 Kings. Cause Tham Kench says when he is logged in "Call me King, Call me Demon."
