It's cute :3 Jimin is really touchy-feely, while Namjoon isn't someone I would necessarily call that. So it's really sweet to see that Namjoon is comfortable with it, and it really shows how close they are. Namjoon does confide in Jimin a lot, so their bond is probably really strong.
I think it's a comfort thing to be honest, because maybe in interviews he gets nervous so it comforts him. And RM is always near and he's older, I don't know to be honest. But it's adorable!!
Yes I also think Jimin is calming down when he just touches Namjoon or others in such situations. When I'm scared, tired or sad I also need to touch someone to feel I'm not alone. That also helps with random panic attacks because there are to much people/foreign places:)
