Hey umer, i have setup a call ads & it's showing got 10 or 12 clicks but clients saying I haven't received any calls? 😭
is main click karne par paise cut hoge ya jub call aygi to ..for example agar kisi ne click kiya or fir humar phone no uske dialer main gaya us usne call nahi ki to paise cut ho jayge na

Sir, I have defined conversion for lead generation. My ads are performing well but I do not receive any conversions. Results are showing a total number of conversions but when I download and check lead forms and on the website, there is no conversion. Any suggestion???

Make sure that whether if you are using Awareness keywords because they may get you impressions but they don't lead to conversion
I guess you're tracking any "text click" in your landing page, "track URLs" for better results
You're using lead form extension/ asset but, it is better to pause it as you're receiving clicks but no leads. May I know whether campaign is in learning phase or not.

yes you can setup conversions any time
google ads showing conversion 9 clicks 6 convesions on by default google call reporting on calls from ads ....... but no calls were made how possible it showing conversion ?
You should edit the goal & check how many seconds it has set. And importantly the contact number has to be visible & same which you gave in the landing page.

Maybe you are missing conversion tracking, I mean you used it, but not in proper way.
