I know a lot of people don’t like this patch, or want more rewards. But, Kuro has been extremely giving compared to some other games and as long as you’re not trying to get every character you should be able to get your faves. 💗
You can get all characters but you have to plan properly! At least every character for global because there you can plan your pulls cuz of CN Server. But I'm the same i wish there would be more rewards but kuro is really amazing with their rewards compared to other games

All the freebies before the patch and now we’ve received good QoL changes, new stellar skins, Omn announcements and Qu? It really is great!
Kinda like the speculative roadmap Kuro gave us which character they will add first. Kind of creates more hype and mystery. I’m looking forward for the next patches.
Just because you're not satisfied with the rewards, you must remember that Kuro is way more generous than other games. They're already giving freebies before the patch, so don't expect to be treated as a first class passenger in a free game where playing competitively is not required

Because Kuro didn't give a free S rank omn after previous S rank omn in yesterday patch. That was make them disappointed to Qu Shukra's patch.

Well this patch is leaning toward whale more and dolphins like me can't keep up btw. The anniversary rewards are kinda meh for f2p/dolphin but considering a recent report on PGR not having high profit compared to some other gachas games that in my opinion not as good as PGR. Maybe we need to show more love for PGR. And hopefully the devs will give us more satisfying content/characters in the future.
The patch itself leans a bit, but it makes sense when you think about the free characters we got like Alisa. Also, if you skip Watanabe and use the 10 pulls and the free single pulls it’s easier to get her.😊

as long as I get to own every S rank with little to no money, only monthly cards, id say PGR is a great game.
so far i see no other gacha game of similar genre that offers this. next in mind in term of generosity is Azur Lane and Arknights. but those 2 are completely different games and the value of highest rarity units are different there.

If you want to win at a game for free then I suggest you go outside, pick up a sport and get good at it with some time and effort. There's no top artists and developers standing in the way of you doing that.
Dude or maam, p2w players are the one that keep this game alive by spending their money...
Don't get salty by the rewards they're supposed to get, especially since the top up mileage reward on this game isn't that rewarding enough for us p2w players...
If you're an f2p, you should be grateful to play a game that gives you many resources and free coating, they even gives you S rank selector in each 0,5 and yearly anniv...
If you want a free S rank selector, wait until the patch after Qu, that's where they'll gives their player another free S rank rewards, like in Alpha CW patch back then...
