Omg guys go to the original tracys to the left when you get off the boat its a small maybe 15 minute walk but you wont have to try and find somewhere to sit its so bog with tons of seating. Its also way better right on the water senic views and tons of room to eat and walk around with nice bathrooms and a little beer stand, avoid the tourist trap on the main dock and go to the original you wont be disappointed trust me it is well worth it you won't be waiting with everyone from the boat. Just gonna share my 2 cents cause a local told us this we walked right up after getting off with the other 6000 people between 2 ships ordered right away and ate, way better place by the water and either eat outside during good weather or if not the rest is inclosed. Happy cruising guy's try it out
Hi Tad, the one at the pier is actually the original one and the one around the corner is their new one. An employee came out while we were in line and was asking people if anyone wanted to go visit their new location as it was less busy. We didn’t feel like walking so we stayed where we’re at but I think we’ll take your recommendation the next time we go because the view looks like it would be better and I’m sure it would definitely be less crowded. I love CRAB!! How much was the crab? My friend & I share 2 lbs. of Alaskan King crab legs in Ketchikan. Very pricey but delicious!!! We had a bus for our excursion to Mendenhall Glacier & Nugget Falls. Comfy seats and I think it had a toilet. Good thing your trolley ride was short! Lol!
That crab was absolutely delicious! I think it was about $80 for everything, the crab,, the fries, and the soda. Wow that sounds like a nice bus if it had a toilet lol. Our trolley wasn’t quite that fancy 🤣
We need to see that waterfall next time we are at the mendenhall glacier.
This was our fourth time to Alaska but our first time to nugget Falls. We highly recommend it 😊

We are going in 4 weeks, but we have an excursion that takes up the whole time we are in Juneau. Not sure we will have time to go to Tracy’s!
Shug never lets me pre-book an excursion when we go to Juneau because she has to eat at Tracy‘s king crab lol. Even if you don’t get a chance to eat there you’ll have a great time. Enjoy enjoy your cruise 😊

Hi Erich, thank you so much for the wonderful comment. The bus trip was originally $90 a person but we went towards the end of the day when there was roughly 2 hours left and were able to talk the guy down to $60 each. Thank you for watching and have a great cruise in September 😊

Well Shug you lost your mind? The only bear I want to run into is either Yogi Bear or Pooh Bear other than that no thank you! Even if I stand tall I’m still 5 foot tall lol no way I’ll make it out. The fall was super pretty and poor Alan worried don’t go to far and Shug goes even further 🤣 Juneau feel like you need more time so much to enjoy.

Hi Ashley, welcome to the Channel. We actually purchased that “excursion” right there on the port last minute when you get off the cruise ship. We purchased it towards the end of the day and were able to negotiate a really good price. Thank you for watching 😊

Does Royal Caribbean not go to any Glaciers.. the ship that is?
We went to Dawes Glacier although we didn’t get very close. They have excursions where you can get on a smaller boat and get up closer to it.
