- Maxi Kleber has been extremely important to the Mavs success. His ability to defend on both the perimeter and the interior along with his 3-point shooting make him irreplaceable on this roster. He had a big time bounce-back playoff run this year in which he shot 44 percent on 3's and 51% overall in addition to playing high-level switchable defense. I really want and need the Mavs to get another quality big to help Maxi as he is entering his 30's.

imo one of the mavs that is untouchable
Everybody is talking about his great footwork on defense and that's right but in this video you can also see that he's fantastic at not going for ball fakes. He has such great defensive instincts, he's so good at reading his opponents movements. I think with him our German team could have won the gold medal in the last Eurobasket. But I'm glad that the Mavs seem to know what they have in him.
People want to trade my mans because he already turned 30... whilst 36 year old Al Horford is starting right now in the NBA Finals.

Why it seems Maxi Kleber is underrated even by Mavericks fan mass?
It isn’t that it’s the fact that maxi is a 15-20 minute guy who exceeds in that role but Dallas asked him to do too much in the playoffs. That’s why he had some horrible games.
@@8Nickgarcia Maxi didn´t have one "horrible" game in the playoffs. He always played defense which is basicly his role. Anything else is just a bonus
@@Goxilla exactly in the playoffs you can’t just do one thing I totally agree his offense was a bonus but in saying that Dallas lost by 9 ish points on average they could of used his offense .. that’s why I think they traded for woods IMO his defense isn’t great but offensively he’s probably at worst a 10-11 points a game..
@@Goxilla also it would’ve been dope to see what Hardaway can do with this roster..
@@8Nickgarcia Kleber upped his ppg in the playoffs. He already did more. It´s just not his role and others could have stepped up as well. It all will be easier for him next year when Wood will be the main offensive option in the front court

靠kleber跟powell撐起殘破的禁區，真的辛苦了。想到明星賽後他悽慘的三分命中率，被球迷罵，而且常常運球失誤。結果到了季後賽換了一個人，不但三分超準，偶爾還能帶一步跳投。只能說例行賽的犯錯是必要之惡啊。

Maxi needs to start at the 4 and Wood at the 5 position. We need his defense and I know he be one of our best 3 point shooter next season, he has that touch.
Do Mavericks need a bigger 5 for rebounding? Yes. Are they going to find someone that fits the team better than Kleber? No.

He walked it off and kept on playing.
Highlights would be longer if he wasn't injured most of the season
when he's right, one of the best defensive players in the leuge.
