everytime i rewatched the moment where luffy officialy declared war against big mom and kaido , as well as the scene after he punched kaido and stated that he will be the king of the pirates just gives me chills everytime
Great vid but a lot of context was missed. They don’t understand that after each battle he improves especially in haki and during his fight with Katakuri he gained the ability to channel adv observation haki. Then Luffy improved a lot heading into Wano but got rolled by Kaido however while locked up he learned adv armament haki from an Old Daimyo of Wano and before Onigashima he mastered more of his adv armament haki. Also in WCI he only defeated a fourth of Big Mom army with Nami’s help. To me honestly context is important and really greatly enhances any content especially with Luffy since he is resilient and always improves after his battles but most importantly his help from his crew and/or allies are a big part of his success and he wouldn’t have come as far in his journey without them. So hopefully these suggestions help since I love the content, amazing vid.
What you have pointed out is on purpose. I deliberately showed specific edits to give them the impression that Luffy went from a rookie nobody to a Yonkou level fighter in just 2 years as i believe that it makes for a much interesting narrative to watch. You are free to disagree with how i handled it.
Yea I guess but I feel like showing a little of what he did to reach where he is would be cool since it proves why a rookie after training a couple years improved so much. And it could show them that his way of pirating ultimately benefited and that taking big risks can pay off in the world of OP if you have the mentality and support to do so. That’s how I feel tbh but I still appreciate the vids just giving my thoughts 👍
@jennifermontoya1209 they live in that world are are quite high up on the chain so they don't need to be told that. Also, instead of showing his training, don't you think showing the result of the training instead would be more of a proof of his strength?
How many of these characters would care about that? Crocodile? Nah. Doflamingo? Never in a million years. Boa? She doesn't care about anyone. Infact, she actively hates 2 of the strawhat members, Nami and Robin. Well, what about the strongest swordsman? He doesn't care either. Law might care but it's too early, they don't have that sort of a connection yet. And he hasn't interacted with Luffy's crew much anyways.

I get that aspect but what about the things I said about how allies/friends are important in Luffy’s journey and that it would be cool to show that.
