      If u have difficulty in completing night sleep than it could be done otherwise daytime nap should be short not more than 30-45 mins

    I am an badminton , vollyball player from 10 years.. still, i was overweight by 4 -5kgs.. my height is 166 cm .. so i quickly cut my sugar intake and did a lot of cardio..now withing 50 days my weight reduced to 65 from 72... small change in diet, no sugar and no junk etc.. your thoughts?

    Thank god I am doing the right way. Split workout yes, train muscle twice a week and eating a bit more surplus . I am just following this from last 2 weeks and had some small doubts, this video came out and my doubts are clarified for now

    Singha, I am a college student. subah 5 baje se lekar shaam ke 4 bje tak college or travel me time lag jaata hai. And abhi mai gym afford nhi kar sakta to mai ghar par hi dumbels manga liye hai or cardio bhi kr leta hu or daily k 8k se 10k steps bhi ho jaate hai. Par mera sawaal yeh hai ki mai ghar par rehke lose fat or muscle build karu kaise?

    Just a few things to keep in mind,( its for the absolute newbies)
    Salo lage hai fat gain krne me, to lose krne me v sal lag skta hai, just be persistent.
    Eat enough protein, and dont create a calorie deficit of more than 200-300 cal, it might sound more tempting to create a bigger deficit but it will make you lose muscle, patle to ho jaoge par kamzor ho jaoge.
    Weight training is a must, 3 times a week minimum, gym ni ja skte? Buy dumbbells and use your bodyweight.
    10-15 thousands steps every day is a game changer, start with walking, then jog, then run, and then sprint, treadmill me band kamre me krne ki koi zarurat ni h, khuli hawa me doudo, doudne ke bad jo hormones release hote h na, ishq ho jayga doudne se.
    Jab diet pe hote h to bhot sare important nutrients ni le pate ham, to make sure ki ek multivitamin lo, aur kuch nutrients jaise Fibre ka dhyan rkho, first problem you will face in the process will be in digestion, if that happens, increase your fibre intake.
